Todays been great until about 15minutes ago when i got a phone call from my uncle who was in the leeds end today with his 11 year old nephew. As they were walking back to his car (they parked in kingsgate, dont know why) four suposed town 'fans' walking behind them told them that if they didnt walk a bit quicker they'd "kick their scummy yiddy heads in". His nephew was scared s***less as you might expect. This has put a total downer on my day. To think there are suposed town 'fans' out there who even consider attacking 11 year old kids just because they have a leeds on is sickening. If you read this I hope you are utterly ashamed, you are an embarassment to our club and I hope you never come back to watch town again.

Four "grown men" threatening a bloke n his nephew, disgraceful. It would have served those £so called" Town fans right if the guy had been a karate master n knocked the shit out of them.

Awful. Unfortunately every club has they're idiots, and we are no difference. That's why I don't like posts critising Leeds fans. Yes hate the club, love beating them, but their fans are just football fans like all of us, they have their idiots but as Tom's post proves so do we

My uncle was fine he's seen much worse but his little nephew was just shaken up but fine now. It was his first away day (wembley last season apart) and thankfully he enjoyed the rest of the day and wants to get back watching leeds as soon as he can.

thought the majority of our fans were a credit to the club today though, especially the young ones, usually i get annoyed by some of the 16 year olds around that come for the violence etc, but i couldnt of been more wrong today, no anti leeds songs started at all, got behind the team and got a lot of town fans around me going, and at the end i spotted one youngster in tears! great to see we have some good passionate youngsters, but such a shame we have some idiots that like to intimidate harmless people like that

what an absolute shame , i'm afraid certain members of society will always be too thick to realise what they are doing is totally wrong. Reminds me of a few years ago in St Andrews car park, some Watford numpty trying to have a go at a guy who was carrying his young son on his shoulders, there will always be arseholes at football matches, you have just to try not to let a minority of numpties ruin it for everyone else (numpties on numpties is fine as far as i'm concerned )

"You English C***!"
A middle aged Cardiff City fan to me with a young boy holding his hand after we had beaten the m 1 - 0 at the McAlpine some years back.
Football fans can be thick as can be, sometimes.

That is pathetic. If they wanted to be hard, why didn't they go and play with the Leeds fans who were asking for it? Oh of course, they were too big and scary probably. They'll probably have gone for a celebratory Mc donalds after that and then gone on to 'bebo' to tell their friends how hard they are. It's a shame we have 'fans' like that, cowards in every form.

Sadly the "always look out for turks carrying knives" was wheeled out from our "heroes" in the singing section. Only heard it once but one more time than it needed to be heard

Only heard it once but one more time than it needed to be heard Apparently it was sung in the car parks on the way out as well and agree it is totally out of order(mentioned to me by a few L**ds fans)!! Forgive me though for seeing the irony of a team who have sung songs about Munich for 50 years trying to take the moral high ground!!!!

A number of Leeds "fans" threatened to "cut me up" in Leeds train station last night as I was making my way home. He then threatened do to the same to a mate I was with, who just so happens to be a Leeds supporter....

Idiots. Were ya wearing the blue & white stripes mate? Can't wait to wear mine to work in L**ds 2moz. I was yeah. I had thought about taking them off but in a strange way it made me want to keep them on. Bit stupid I suppose, I then went and had a pint in the Wetherspoons in the station which was full of them. Never felt so conspicuous...worth it though

However, I have to admit there is a small part of me that can't help but notice the irony that midge mentioned a bit further up the thread

Only heard it once but one more time than it needed to be heard I don't think Leeds United fans can get all defensive about chants like this given their history of singing about Munich! The chant isn't right but I have no sympathy for them.
