Kid from the East coast ( bridlington?). Supposed to be a really good prospect. Turnip had him in tears as part of his motivational technique.

The Bridlington Belle. Signed by Jacko during his last season at Town, part of that deal saw us go there for a pre-season game under RichTea (the game of three halves)

It worked for a few seasons though, and they have gone on to establish theirselves in the upper end of the Championship...I would have taken bullying if it'd have got us where they are now!

tbh cant agree with needing to "take " or accept bullying in any job, Ive been on the end of it and Ive known people who have felt suicidal through it.... disgraceful imo.

I saw Leigh play when he was 14 years old on many occasion and always saw that he was a cut above a lot of youngsters i'd seen at the Hull City academy. A really good prospect if he's moved onwards.

He was recommended by an academy coach who was working at brid town at the time.He was in their first team at sixteen! We watched him and decided he was strong and competent for a lad playing at that standard of football at such a young age

AT LAST!! Our academy (may) produce a (potentially) good, big (possibly) dominant centre half.
Nathan Clarke is a decent defender from our academy but he misses the dominant aspect from his game a bit.
Hopefully Franks is developing nicely and grows to be a bit of a bully at the back.

correct rjs,i like nathan but to progress you need an element of nastiness in that roll and leigh certainly has that, not taking anything away from nat ,technically, but just look at the back three "wardrobes" leicester had.we ended up losing to set pieces on the day not open play, before anyone jumps on me,yes i know he s playing well at the minute
