Dont think you'd have a problem sitting in main stand with their fans to be honest. I've been in before and certainly don't think you'd be alone in your allegiance!!

It wont bother me, as I am meeting all my old School friends, and cousins anyway (family are from Stockport) and brought up there as a teenager.
But don’t want to sit with them anyway, Christ never used to watch them when I lived there, I used to travel to every game home and away to watch Town. Funny how it all pans out, as I am still doing it now albeit from further away

Its amazing, i called them , and talked in my Stockp[ort twang, and asked why "We" stockport had not allowed Huddersfield any more tickets. the ticket office woman said i have not got a clue, and that is why we are on the verge of going bust.. seems crazy to me, and i bet they are out with the buckets on saturday!!!
Unless they know hudders will pay on the day, and it is to reduce Police costs?

Sorry if this has been discussed but am I right in thinking they've only given us half of the stand down the side of the pitch this time in addition to the little stand behind the goal? Why the change? The last couple of times I've been to County they've given us the whole of the side stand & behind the goal - around 3,000 seats!

we have the end 2 blocks of the side stand, they now have home season ticket holders in the rest of the stand so cannot just give us the rest of the stand now.
If they'd made a decision a few weeks ago to let us have more tickets they could have requested their season ticket holders to move like Oldham did. But as it is now short notice they cannot do this.
On another forum Stockport fans are saying we should have been given all that stand anyway as they are in deep financial mess

Just in case it has not been mentioned, it looks as if those without tickets might have a struggle getting into the home end... www.stockportcounty.com/page/Home/0,,10419,00.html

I know this is a bit late - and a tall order - but a southern-based mate of mine is looking for two tickets, one for him and one for the lad. Any chance, please PM me

For some reason the link no longer works but it mentioned about bringing proof of residence to buy a ticket for the home end.

yeah, just rung them up now. i thought you could pay with cash at the turnstile, but you need to get your ticket beforehand now from the office and you need to be on their database.
i suppose rules are rules and it might not be down to SCFC and more the old bill, but it just seems ridiculous that a club on its a*se is turning away good money
