...as Terry Mac might stereotypically say. Ok we ended up conceded an unlucky equaliser but at the end of the day is there anyone who really, truely wouldnt have been happy with a point from Stockport. Yeah maybe we did make a bad substitution but hindsight is a beautiful thing. Probably 95% of teams winning today brought a more defensive player on late on but they didnt have the bad luck we had. The play-offs were always gonna be a struggle considering where we were and who we had playing for us so let's just enjoy the next 14 games and look forward to a full season under Clark which will hopefully have us all praising him and our team come May 2010.

Just for the hell of it:
Everton-yes but 2-0 up so understandable Boro -no Barnsley -yes Sheff w -no Coventry -no PNE -no Forest -yes Southampton -yes Watford -no Plymouth -no Crewe -no Northampton -no Hereford -kind of, but not entirely Leeds -yes, but prob because of red card Oldham -no Southend -yes Tranmere -no Walsall -yes
Not excactly 95% is it ;D

agree with you dave - lots of teams do it, its just unlucky, if luckette did so much as win a couple of headers, maybe a tackle or two and we didnt let one in, it would have been hailed a great sub.

I hope you're right, but Clark needs to prove he can do the job next season, I know he's learning the ropes etc, but todays result proves we are still a long way off being a championship side.
