It was an absolute joke today !! There was more police than Millwall fans today. What awaste of time, they should of been out on the streets catching real criminals !! You would of thought they'd brought 3,000 from the looks of the police !!!

It wasn't a waste of time when the Leeds fans turned up by the flats on Leeds Road

was nice to know as well that the stewards made a real effort today with trying to get millwall fans to sit down........NOT!not sure if the guy who got escorted down the stairs by me was removed for persistant standing or what, but the stewards seemed more bothered about making us sit down, and putting in no effort to ensure the same was done to millwall fans who stood all game

Stevvy - why did you kick him out for standing, when the Millwall fans were doing the very same thing?

I heard the 'we are leeds' chant, however I was on t'other side of the road so couldn't see what was happening.
Therefore I wasn't as scared.

Sorry, as a youngish woman that has been all over the country with Town and not really seen any violence until today I think I was within my rights to be scared. One guy got laid out for standing at the traffic lights. I didn't particularly want to rely on my mate who I was walking up with to step in if anyone had a go as he couldn't fight his way out a paper bag.

Wouldn't want to be a lineswoman. I'll stick to pretending not to understand the offside rule so I don't intimidate the men folk.

i too thought an unbelievable police presence for a few hundred millwall. However, up in town it was ready to kick off big time if there hadn't been so many coppers. Not seen so many town ready to give it large for a long time. And yes it was leeds fans that suddenly joined in from behind the flats. Was a "we are leeds, we are leeds,...." chant and then as it was already kicking off with a town and millwall fan on the floor about 10-15 leeds nobheads ran to join in. It was total fuc@in bedlam. Would have loved to have known who was who as i'd not have been averse in the heat of the moment to giving a l@@ds scumbag a smack in the mouth. Where do they get off turning up like that the cheeky b@tards. Not Surprisingly they soon disappeared and were nowhere to be seen further up town when town were waiting for a rumble. Oh for quiet saturday afternoons!!!!

there might have been town fans there and in the middle of it BUT the lads coming from behing the flats were certainly shouting "we are leeds". it was pretty stupid of them, there was only about 10-15 and they didnt look that big, and thats coming from me whos 5ft 4!!! i for one was happy about the large amount of police in the area, when crossing the road up from the flats all hell broke lose and people were running everywhere, imagine that with no police there?

Heard the Millwall lot in head of steam saying they all got the train to l**ds to "sort them out" . I also saw all the action on Leeds road but was on the other side. Just saw them all charging and people diving for cover, I couldn't tell where they were from to be honest. Police dog couldn't wait to have a runabout though!
