I witnessed the greatest Town own goal of all time. Peter Hart at Hereford, a thirty yard lob come screamer. That's all I can remember. Anybody remember any more?

Went on the train with the Persil vouchers, clean shirt, cans of hoffmeister and a bottle of pernod. Happy days.

I missed that game as it was my grandparents golden wedding anniversary I'm missing the game next week as I'm on a weekend in Edinburgh. In the 78/79 season Hereford away was the only game I missed because my boss refused me time off work. I think fate has decided that I'll never get to visit Edgar Street

Yes, it went over the goalie's head, but I don't think it was Starling.
