I've said this before but there are only 8 players in this squad that are good enough to play for a top league one side: Smithies N.Clarke (maybe) Williams (shown recently he is good enough at this level) Goodwin Roberts (awful of late but clearly has it in him) Ainsworth (given time to settle he will come good) Pilkington Cads The rest really are just average players at this level as they constantly show week in week out Collins needs to be added to that list an all. Yeah probably but like i said above, we need someone far more creative in his position. He provides very few assits given his position |

The way I see it is this
Top players:
Smithies
Nathan Clarke
Gary Roberts
Anthony Pilkington
Michael Collins (in a good team this lad will thrive)
Well worth keeping
Eastwood
Butler
Williams
Holdsworth
Goodwin
Ainsworth
Craney or Flynn (I still prefer Craney)
Cadamateri
Berrett
Tom Clarke (although he'll need to progress next season)
Novak
Can get rid off: (obviously we won't lose all these players, depends who we get offers for)
Glennon (more for his sake than ours)
Werling
Skarz
Luketti
Unsworth
Worthington (I like him, but its obvious he's going).
Flynn or Craney
Kamara
Booth
Parker
Jevons
Broadbent
Denton
Probably missed somebody out, but thats the gist of it. That would leave us with 16 players, plus whichever of the remaining players we can't get rid off. Should leave Clark with room to bring in 5-6 players which will hopefully really improve the quality of the squad, while reducing the overall numbers.
