Yesterday surely confirmed it. Boothy trying manfully to score(how he just failed to get his head onto one cross,I will never know). The wonderful Cadamarteri ,he will always tries to put maximum effort in--especially after opposition defenders who will try to soften up our attackers.
Whilst our defenders were terrified at any normal, but pacey attacker(s).
Lee has a monumental job to replace some of our players.

At least he's had this season to asses them and realise that quite a lot of them are nowhere near good enough for a promotion winning side. If he'd taken over with only five games to go then a lot of them would have been able to pull the wool over his eyes and would still be his first choice next season.
Let's look at our recent run of form as a blessing in disguise. Clark now knows the size of the job and I believe he will act accordingly!

I have come to the conclusion that we do better on heavy ground. It slows down the opposition down to our level.

I support Lee Clark all the way but when you compare his season with Ternants there is no difference.
Clark will need a large cash injection to replace the numbers that we need to replace.
Some of the renewed contracts amaze me. The Clarke brothers?

Absolutely, the big advantage for next season is that we have a manager in charge that has had a bit of time with the squad. He should know what he needs to do now, and with Hoyle's backing he should be able to do it.

Yet he went out offering contracts before really seeing players in action, Tom Clarke for example. We need better than players like Tom if we want to get to where Clark says we are going

Personally I would have stalled on the contracts if at all possible.
Tom Clarke and others have been too long at this club. The club cannot move forwards with these type of players. If all we want to do is yo-yo up and down mid table in this division then, keep what we have. If not, get rid.

Hit the nail firmly on the head ray - stan tried to revolutionise the squad, knowing what we had wasnt good enough but he went about it the wrong way alienating players and fans alike and compounded it by bringing in experienced players (unsworth, lucketti etc) who WERE alot better than what we had but who are just over the hill right now. LC now knows what we have needs shaking up big time and hopefully he will get time and the resources to finish the job - on his permanent signings to date he deserves the time and further funds for me. OK, lukas has been a dud but it was a gamble and no more than that on a short term basis only!!!!

Whoever Lee Clark wants rid of, let him get on with it. I trust him with Deano behind him. LCs real job starts in the close season. PS.........If you want to borrow money, see Deano.....dont use money lenders in Manchester!!!! Have you no sense? Rita has a few quid stashed away too and she is better looking than Gail!!!!!!! (But then so is Norris!)
