I think peterborough are a great example of what we can achieve. Ok you might not think its the greatest comparison but if you look at where they were and where they are now it shows what you can achieve by appointing a young ambitious manager and backing him with the right money. 2 years ago peterborough were a struggling league 2 side until they appointed darren ferguson in january 07. He took them to a respectable 10th place finish and then got them automatic promotion the season after when he'd had time to assess the squad and bring in his own players. Now they're flying high in this league as well. Yes clark's starting a league higher than ferguson but is there really much of a difference? With the right money and backing from the board and most crucially fans I think clark can really take us places.
Just a random thought I had while watching MOTD and dreaming of seeing us on there week in week out ;D

We should be trying to emulate Millwall to be hoenst. Absolute dross last season, manager came in mid-season, didn't really make mindblowing changes to the performances but kept them up. Look at 'em now.
