As we all know for any team entering administration they will get a 10 point deduction. If they enter administration before 24 march it will take effect this season, if it's after Tuesday it will be next season the points are deducted. if the 5 teams in the championship rumoured to be near administration come down (any three obviously) notts forest, Blackpool, Southampton are among these, also Stockport in our league, we could potentially be seeing at least 4 teams starting on minus figures (-10 or greater) next season. Willsome of these teams enter before the deadline like Leeds tried to when already looked like relegation or will they hang on in there and try find investments, I don't take any pride in a league where teams already start 10 points behind everyone else, it makes a false league and i would prefer to go up after beating everyone fair and square, as it would also make it an easier league. and I never ever want to see a club go out of business as has happened more recently around here to Halifax, its not the players i feel sorry for however, as i see their greedy overpaid backsides lose their jobs, its the fans i feel sorry for.
If town had folded them few years ago I'd now have to watch brighouse town and that'd be more frustrating than watching town.
I don't wish it on any fans.

Same here re the fans when clubs go to the wall. Halifax was a ground me and mi dad used to go over to every now and again when Town were on a long away trip, they;ve done well to still have a club albeit in battered form.

must admit does sound like southampton are in deep financial mess, and apparently they owe money to clubs for transfers (apparently notts county are owed a 6 figure sum that should have been paid by now)

Maybe Southampton are waiting until it won't affect this season, as they'll save a hell of a lot of money by staying up. Could be the difference.

If any of the clubs tried to lie and cheat their way out of administration, they should be hit with another 15 point deduction. Really they should be kicked out of the league but the FL let one team get away with it so I suppose they will with other teams.
