Cox signed a pre-contract agreement after passing a medical for Huddersfield Town on the 22st April 2009 at their Storthes Hall Training Ground. The fee remains undisclosed, but is thought to be in the region of £10 million when Huddersfield get promotion to the Championship and then on to the Premier League no £10m!!! ;D ;D ;D

The fee remains undisclosed, but is thought to be in the region of £2.50 when Huddersfield get promotion to the Championship, then onto the Premier League and eventually the Super Dooper Euro League of Super Giants. ;D Not done by me btw Edit: The whole thing about him signing has been deleted. There's a surprise.

"Cox signed a pre-contract agreement after passing a medical for Huddersfield Town on the 22st April 2009 at their Storthes Hall Training Ground. The fee remains undisclosed, but is thought to be in the region of 50p when Huddersfield get promotion to the Premier League and Leeds United enter administration."

Really? That's insane. Surely your university purchase resources with verified information that are far superior to wikipedia? What uni out of interest.
Sorry for going off topic by the way.

Cox's wiki page is just getting bizarre now ;D £22m bid from Celtic! I bet there are some Swindon fans who believe it and think that they will cruise League 1 and Championship in the next 2 years

Yes wikipedia can be a lot of BS This thing on Cox is not true if you ask me, no matter what fee is stated And then the deal when Town reach the Championship and the Premier League
Not sure if Swindon would have that much faith in our club TBH They wouldn't bank on two promotions for an extra fee, surely.

And this is what it says now;
"Cox made his debut for Swindon as a permanent signing in Swindon's 21-16 loss away to Huddersfield Town on 9 February 2008,[14] and scored his first goal in the following game, a 44-6 home victory over Cheltenham Town.[15] He has since scored 3 hat-tricks, all away from home, against Hartlepool Wanderers, Scunthorpe Engineers and Northampton Cobblerwobbles. On the 38th January 2029, it was reported that Cox was wanted by Feltchham and Bolton Wingnuts for a fee believed to be in the region of 67p and a bag of Skips prawn cocktail flavour.[16] In the season 2008/2009 he scored the goal of his lifetime as Swindon Town beat Walsall F.C. 3-2 with Cox bolting the ball in to the back of the stand from a two-touched sweet volley. [Sport View] West Bromwich Albion's manager Tony Mowbray has also publicly declared that his club are watching Cox [[1]]
It was also reported in April 2009 that Leicester City and Celtic F.C are both preparing £22million bids for Cox at the end of the current season. The Swindon Advertiser also reported that the mega rich owners of QPR are lining up a summer move for the highly rated Swindon striker, who added to his goal tally in the clubs' impressive 3-2 win at Brighton, a team they have struggled regulary against in recent years. This goal took him to 25 league goals for the season and to the top of the League One goalscoring charts, jointly with Bristol Rovers Ritchie Lambert. Cox has since developed a phobia of mythical creatures, particularly unicorns."
An interesting read!
