what goes around etc etc etc, turkeys voting for xmas Correct. Where's the twenty odd million gone from selling the likes of Kenwyne Jones and Gareth Bale? Where's the money gone from the parachute payments? Where's the money from the vast size crowds they get? Rearrange the following words.... on, brought, it, themselves.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. It couldn't happen to a much worse club. Think they can squander vast sums of money thinking they are a big club. They won't be able to attack our official coach anymore if we can stay up. Be hillarious if we end the season in the relegation zone and still stay up. Lots riding on them visiting the scabs last match nar Even better then they go out of business and so Barnsley still get relegated

Isn't the deadline for a points deduction THIS season past? Where as if they went into Administration the points total would carry through the next season? So if they were to stay up they would be on ten points less than the rest next season This is what Leeds got away with iirc. It used to be, but they changed the rules to prevent teams from doing that.

As the Town supporter whose seen Saints most this season, I'm grateful for the support from many Town fans. It's good to see how many people have a soft spot for Saints.
Over this season, their performances have generally been totally inadequate, and the position in the league is merited. The last home game against the negative, physical (Warnock) tactics of Crystal Palace provided some encouragement, but they were subsequently awful and the chances of winning both last two games (now morale has been hit) are poor. Notwithstanding the prospect of 10 points deduction, they will probably be relegated. On the assumption that an appeal will fail, the deduction will take place next season.
The chances of retention of players probably depends on the success of financial bids. If sound bids are put on the table, many of the good younger players will stay, though some monies could be made by the sale of assets such as Lallana (provided he can perform well regularly - Fulham supposed to have bid).
I am minded to place a bet that BOTH Town and Saints get promoted next season. I can look forward to my only match in the "away" end at St Mary's.
