great player and target man who scored goals but was not prolific 68 goals in 182 games for Town (Iwan Roberts). I'd settle for that from any target man.

cant see it myself, the covo fans i spoke to did nt think he cut the mustard in the championship.he reminds me of o'doherty at norwich.target man, bit one paced, but to be fair only seen him the once so everyone can have an off day.there is interest in him n i dont think he figures in colemans plans,i might be wrong but think he s up for contract this summer?

Doherty is a centre back now. Hasn't played upfront since very early in his career with spurs

His contract was a 2 years plus an extra year. Coventry decided to extend. Coleman has said he wants him to stay.

We have had a 400 thousand bid turned down last week. Coventry holding out for 500. The posh still not made a bid so waiting if they match or beat us. Robbie worried if Fergie leaves new manager might not fancy him. He is very keen to leave and cant decide.

For a striker his goals per game ratio at Coventry is very poor. Not seen him play but going on his goalscoring record, not for me.
