We're looking for a good striker that could compliment a target man (potentially Robbie Simpson), and i think Reuben Reid could be just the man. He's only 20, he's been banging in goals for fun with Rotherham, he has bags of pace, can finish brilliantly, and is hungry to get back to the premierleague. Also, Rotherham are strapped for cash, so he'd be fairly cheap to get in, meaning he wouldn't be too much of a gamble. I'd personally love it if we got him, reckon he's the classy striker we need, and we wouldn't have to go out and spend buckets of money on him, as we would if we went for someone like Cox.

Sounds a bit troublesome to me. Although he is still a young lad, so there is still plenty of hope for him. Besides so long as he does the business on the pitch and doesn't disrupt the dressing room, I'm not too concerned about his personal affairs. 'However, Rochdale ended his loan after a month, with Plymouth manager Ian Holloway reported as saying "They did not want him there any more. It is internal and I deal with it".[6] Reid was suspended by Holloway for two weeks on his return to Plymouth.' - taken from Wikipedia. Also an interesting comment under the references piece on Wikipedia. 'the reason I am editing your page is because your information is not correct. Reuben did not leave plymouth because of those reason. I can tell you why but I am not sure that is should tell you. I will le t you know but the information you have is a load of tosh.' en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reuben_Reid

I couldn't remember his name, but this was the player I was constantly impressed with when seeing League 2 goals. Cheers toiletrollholderthief!
And Lee Clark said in January they do their homework on a player (i.e. what they are like as individuals) before signing them.
