Little more than ten years after everyone else I've finally got round to getting myself a connection at home. What's the best free anti-virus/spyware stuff at the moment?

Spybot Search and Destroy - an active spyware finder/destroyer.
Adaware - as above but finds others s&d doesn't.
SpywareBlaster - passive spyware umbrella that is very good (needs regular updating, e.g. weekly).
CCleaner - active registry scrubber that is very good at wiping internet histories, removing unwanted programmes, etc.

I would say AVG on the Anti-Virus and AdAware for spyware, but there's people who know better than me.
