For once it's a hard choice because they all played so well! I'm going for Danny as he really stepped up his game today.

SO MANY to choose from and I mean SO MANY!
Glennon - Solid game...couldn't really do owt for their goal...left exposed. Commanded area well and came out for crosses/corners.
Sinco n Mirf - both solid at the back...sinco ad betta un than cobblers game put it that way!
Brandy - ran around to good effect..good touches and the winner of course!
Scoffer - great showin...Can't recall last time i've seen him play THAT well and dictate the game..jus wish he'd do it more often...come on danny show it again vs/ Gills!
Berrett - My vote goes to this 'kid'. He was al over the show...crunch tackles, AND good eye for a pass...one to look out for and fills Worthy's slot nicely at the mo!
Holdsworth - Andy had a belter n al..all ova the show but Berrett jus shaded in terms of it bein Berrett's 1st start/debut...
rest of others had their bright spots....obv. luuuuuke wi the early goal.

MOM for me today was Holdsworth followed by Brandon. I thought Schofield had his best match of the season. What a match - feel shattered but proud to be a Town fan tonight.

I was doing the official polls but this week I'll take the result you get to put on the running totals I suppose.

Scoffer's best game of the season by far, but Holdsworth was class today. Hope the rumours about him leaving aren't true ...

Thanks! ;D I was already planning to start one, thinking what I'd put then I saw this! No point creating another thread, you've gotta keep it in one thread. Just hopefully I'll get the first M.O.T.M poll started after next game ... We'll see! Cheers Tom, Andy.

How anyone has voted for someone other than Holdsworth is quite frankly beyond me.
Re Brandon getting a vote because he's the "forgotten man", I think we shouldn't forget WHY he's been the forgotten man.
His half interested performances have been an embarrassment for too long.
The fact He can put in a performance as good as that today is EXACTLY why I wrote a long piece on the old board in the summer putting him forward as Town's most annoying player EVER.
I doubt anyone has ever doubted his ability, but his attitude too often stinks like three week old fish.
Although having said that Brabdon putting in the effort is a "Shoe-in" for right midfield ahead of Malvin "His first touch goes further than I can kick it" Kamara.

... thought we played as a team today..... everyone deserves a pat on the back...... Absolutely spot on there Snow but AW was still my MOM.On another day like today I`d find it difficult to choose between Brandon Sinclair and I can`t believe I`m saying this Schofield After today there should only be one CAPTAIN.Just hope the rumours aren`t correct? oops sorry I forgot to include Glennon as another candidate for MOM

Andy Holdsworth - led by example.
I just wish Brandon & Scoff would play like that more often.
Nice to hear a bit of an atmosphere aswell....to all those who decided not to go today due to recent results....LOL!!! ;D

Now I've read that you quite enjoy them - so I will! You see, with my new moderator powers, I can close the poll myself to write the report, as long as there are no objections from the OP, I'll do the results write up! Cheers, Andy.

I voted for Beckett. He rang the line very well today and worked his socks off all game. He gave Jaidi a hell of a game and clearly didn't enjoy playing aginast him. But I could have easily given it to Brandon, Holdsworth, Mirfin or Schofield.
Definently helped Schofield been played more central in an advanced position as that is clearly is best position. He isn't an out and out winger and loves the freedom off been central. Birmingham was really worried about him.
Well worth the 11 hour round trip and just settling down to watch MOTD

Whatever was said in the dressing room after Forrest certainly did the trick, I recon Holdsworth must have been furious and probably telling a few home truths. For me Holdswoth was a worthy captain and deserving Man of the Match, though every player did the themselves proud today. Lets just hope it wasnt because they were in the shop window!
