Good use of 15 quid. Will my fiver next week be as good?
Only my second visit of the season, so a few points that probably have been made already:
From up in the top LB our defence looked so slow, especially when we were caught out on the break, as Williams took the corner - Surely somebody should be covering.
Our flair players turned up today, as I thought they would.
The pitch looked a mess.
The backroom staff look gay, in those grey tracksuits.
Some players ran their hearts out, Holdsworth was great.
It reminded me of the 'old days' - 13000+ crowd.
Looking forward to next week. I don't mind parting with a fiver, or a tenner, 15 maybe, but not 20 for this division. Once a football fan breaks the emotional/loyalty tie to a club, attendance on a match day comes down to value for money and other commitments - That's where I am.

That's exactly where i am, lodgey. Didn't attend today, and whilst i'm disappointed to have missed what sounds like a much improved performance (the last game i saw was Tranmere away), i'm not as gutted as i once would have been. My Christmas was a whole lot more comfortable, financially, as a result of not forking out to watch 2 or 3 Town games. I am of course getting all the part-time fan digs from mates, but if that were the case, i would almost certainly have turned up today. Course, i'll probably try and make the fourth round if we draw Arsenal away.
