All results now in for the weekend after a thrilling encounter between Leicester and Leeds. Big scoring game at Sixfields earlier has livened things up Also got a couple more players joined in so the prize pot has improved a little too. Good chance we could see a winner next week. Arterrier still leading the race to 11 goals with 8, but plenty of teams on 7 or 6 goals, all with a chance of winning the pot. Wigan and Doncaster both awarded 2 goals due to their game being postponed due to Wigans involvement in the Charity Shield.

We're 2 entries short of a Prize Pot of £100 nicker next week, incase anybody is contemplating an entry.

Coventry away at Carlisle on Saturday, and Leyton Orient take on Stevenage - so there should be plenty of goals in those 2 fixtures. Could we have our first Buster winner this weekend?
Might be tall order for Watford to bag 4 at Reading, or maybe we'll see one of the above "Bust".
Meanwhile - plenty of entries fighting it out over the wooden spoon on 0 goals.

I will do my best to update the scores this weekend, but I'm down on a campsite at the far end of North Wales where we currently have lots of wet, no shortage of wind, but the wi-fi is wavering. If necessary, I may have to go and find a pub with free reliable wi fi so I can update the scores.

I was just easing into it, Vaughan single handedly carrying me to 11 with a goal each week

I've updated the scores on the doors, but due to this welsh Internet which is unbelievably araf, I can't load the document up on here. Anyway, well done Mr X who has scooped £94.50 and also to morleyterrier and RodnAud who have pocketed £6.30 for sharing the low score prize. Not a fortune but more than the rest of us.
All teams will now be re-drawn, and all scores go back to zero.
Well done to the winners, tough sh1t for the rest of you, but the next winner of a nice little pick up is not far away.
Hope the game is providing you with a nice little bit of interest alongside the footy. Good luck to everybody in the next game.
Ps. I will upload the final scores from the first game as soon as I get access to a decent Internet signal. Regards.
Mel

Bloody hell, thought the O's were gonna do it for me today.....but well done Mr X. Some of the big scorers have got their goals against Carlisle, Coventry scored 4 against em, Orient got 5 and Bradford weighed in with 4 too.....if anybody draws Carlisle in the next draw, unlucky!!!

when is the next draw taking place??? I'm not back from Wales until tomorrow so I will do it next week. If anybody wants to meet at canalside for a quick pint one evening to ensure its completely impartial that's fine by me.

I'd be interested in taking part in this, sounds like a laugh , I'm just a bit unsure on when you say they have to score exactly 11, so for example if they win 3-0, 4-0, and 2-0, do they have to score no more than 2 goals in the 4th game to win the money? Or am I not understanding it?

Ok, here is the table with the final scores on for round 1. I'll do the draw for the next round tomorrow, and post them up on here tomorrow evening.
