Earlier in the week, I was slating Andy Ritchie like the majority of us and I still stick by my decision as well, but nonetheless he and the team have 'partly' redeemed themselves yesterday. I thought everyone played brilliantly yesterday and deserve credit for their performances. They restored a certain amount of pride back into HTFC. Commendations for me goes to everyone at HTFC, especially James Berrett, who I thought had a great debut (first start, whatever.. : for town, brandon and schofield. I'm still unsure whether they have done enough to stay at Town. I think that remains to be seen. BUT for me (and no doubt everyone else at HTFC) that isn't enough! we still need to make signings in the transfer window and certain still should be going. But that performance does fill me with more optimism that we can and SHOULD be challenging for a play-off spot. So come on lads, let's make 2008 a historic year for this proud football club. UP THE TOWN!!!

Oh yeah may i add that the atmosphere yesterday was TERRIFIC! Well done everyone for providing a wonderful atmosphere yesterday. Probably the best (overall) since Lincoln City back in 2004.

I'm glad we're like that really for two reasons
1. makes every game interesting even when it's a 0-0 bore, and 2. if we didn't complain when our side lose, then i would be very concerned!
hopefully after Saturday's performance, AR may think twice about signing Ronnie Irons, I mean Wallwork and play Berrett. I know he's still young, but he handled himself very well, especially when he hacked down Jerome, I think it was. :-)

the way i look at it andy ritchie, ken davy are human biengs just like me and you.....i hate giving my opinions on here and slating people because i dont think its fair and i wouldent like it doing to me....BUT i,m afraid thats life....this club means so much to people and its been apart of life for many years to the supporters,,,,when things are rosy no one gets slagged off, when things are bad then feelings are well aired on here....i wish it could be simple and we win every match then there would be none of this ;D===its just like the FFA i think there doing a good job and have the club at heart, but to be quite honest i dont care if ken davy,s our chairman for the next 100 years as long as HUDDERSFIELD TOWN WIN FOOTBALL MATCHES i dont give a stuff if micky mouse is at the helm.....this sport is all about results.....i,m just glad that every town fan came away from the galpharm yesterday HAPPY and not misrable......i,m just hoping it kicks starts our season and everyone gives 100%,,,,,,,life would be dull without HUDDERSFIELD TOWN......LONG LIVE THE TOWN
