Matt Glennon 8/10 A big game from the big man who could do little about Brums goal and stood firm when the pressure was on. Michael Collins 7/10 Stood in at right back to allow Andy Holdsworth to play in midfield and didn't let anyone down. Robbie Williams 6/10 Started despite the hamstring niggle which forced him off at half-time. Clearly not 100% James Berrett 8/10 Town's full debutant settled his nerves with a couple of strong early challenges and remained solid throughout. David Mirfin 7/10 Worked hard to shackle front men Mikael Forsell and Garry O'Connor, then dealt with Cameron Jerome. Frank Sinclair 8/10 Gutsy display at centre back against taller men and provided great direction to his team mates. Malvin Kamara 7/10 Lively wide right and made sure experienced Franck Queudrue knew he had been in a game. Andy Holdsworth 9/10 Made skipper for the day and led by example with a determined display in centre midfield. Luke Beckett 8/10 Lone front man's not his ideal role, but scored one and made the winner, so nobody can complain! Danny Schofield 8/10 Made some really telling runs and good passes and played a central role in both Town's goals. Chris Brandon 8/10 His oh-so-significant strike capped a bright and hard working display on the left hand side. Make of those what you wish

Look alright to me. Maybe a bit on the high side, but think the right players get the top marks.

Looks to me like he might've been watching the game for a change !!!!
Personally, I would add one point to everybody (even Collins who was clearly not comfortable in that position) just because it was a Premier League team we beat (even though they looked a bit shiite with their at times wonderfully static defence).

Think 7/10 for Kamara is a bit generous. Wouldn't have given him more than a 5 myself

Kamara was injured? Telegraph gave Schofield MOTM this morning...they also said we hadn't beat a league side in the cup since '99 on Sat; in fairness we hadn't beaten one since the round before

I do like him, he just looked off the pace against Brum and should've been brought off sooner IMO.
I think if I were going back in time I'd do everything exactly the same though ;D

Indeed kamara actually failed his fitness test but still played...the guy deserves a medlal! For that reason alone he deserves a 7! Far from his best game but two out of their 3 bookings involved him and he won the freekick for brandon's 1st half chance.

Did anyone see the story near the front of the examiner about the heavy handed police at forest? Seems like action against the police is being taken.
