Thought 2nd half from nsl made the difference. You and the brittania fed off each other well and being sat in between was good value. First home game for me n are kid and thought we did well. Said after 1-0 that a second would show true colours. Always said that our championship depends on games of this ilk. Win these and owt else is a bonus. Wells was unlucky today playing the Vaughan-esque physical role but did very well to stay on the pitch and score 2 with a tricky ref. Coady Hogg and Hudson were the highlights for us. Bravo! UTT!

Cracking effort again yesterday lads.
Works better with us being grouped down by the front, being sat out of it a bit due to having the little one it looked to be a much bugger group than usual. Good to see that it's gaining momentum and others are getting on board with it now.
It was always going to take time, and stuff on the pitch hasn't helped our cause so far, but it's starting to become the 'norm' now which is brilliant! Good to see the flags going as well within some of the songs.
Few more home wins and it'll really start to take off I reckon.

There seemed to be a lot of fans in there yesterday, considering the poor recent form. We need to get the fans in the wings singing now, I figure pretty much everybody that goes in that end does so because they want to be part of the "home end", but there are still a lot sat down and not getting too involved. If we can get half of em to sing we will make some decent noise in that end.

I'm not too sure of that G. I was looking around at the demographic of the people in there yesterday and a lot looked to be 'student' types or folk who come and sit in there cos its cheap. Of course there is no reason why we can't encourage these people to sing but I think they do have an impact on the concentration of singers who go in for the Home End type atmosphere. You're right in what you are saying though about the wings, was mainly the middle block yesterday, where I was first half hardly anybody joined in at all! Like I said above though, it's picking up week on week and eventually these others will get what is going on and hopefully they start to join in a bit more.

Another really enjoyable match day experience for me yesterday. I was sat in the block next to the main core and unfortunately nobody was joining in to the point where I moved in the2nd half to get involved. Still a great effort tho and given time and better performances we should hopefully see organic growth. Be interesting to hear how it sounded around the ground 2nd half???

The singing section actually joined in with one song, so it can't of been silent.

That makes me happy you know. When we started this off, my personal vision was a unified stadium. Unfortunately we seemed to put many noses out of joint BUT i think we are bringing the Kilner boys round slowly. Two stands are better than one, together or singing different songs. I'll put it down to many of the younger Kilner singers not ever experiencing the Cowshed, behind the goal vibe. Regardless, we are edging towards reaching our goal and no matter what a few detractors say, i think the stadium is better for it.
The NSL is established, DURING THE WORST SEASON START IN RECENT MEMORY! - The FM Upper are now game for a song when prompted (props to the Upper faithful!)
We are getting there. I'm not personally fussed if you sit elsewhere, just please appreciate that what 12 lads started is beginning to reap rewards for the stadium.
If we can get NSL and Kilner singing section together, we might just have an atmosphere on our hands.

Does anyone know how many tickets we have sold in the NSL block for Blackburn? Or the total number of tickets sold? Cheers

Excellent work well done all involved we are only at the very beginning but I believe with the dedication shown thus far the NSL will continue to improve and be something we can all look back on with immense pride and satisfaction.
