We definitely need to set a pub like we did for QPR, it was a brilliant atmosphere

The White Horse is indeed a decent pub with good beer and food (eaten there), but it is very much a Chelsea pub. I'm not sure wearing colours would be wise.

I just hope that now both Fulham and Town have started getting results, that Sky dont decide to show this game. Any boozer will do me!! as long as they don't serve London Pride.

seems the eight bells near putney bridge station is the best pub for away fans? will this be our pub like o neills was at qpr last season? Why have we got a thread on Fulham pub ,when we have got Blackburn,Ipswich &Derby away before we even get to Fulham.i will be in the Outpost (Wetherspoons) Blackburn Saturday 12 ish.

because there will be more of us going to fulham than blackburn, ipswich and derby, because its a day out in the big smoke and people look forward to that

Looks like the pre match choices are starting to emerge
Join Morning Norwood in Shoreditch if you want to drink ridiculously expensive booze (even for London) in an areas that’s dead until nightime and is miles from the ground.
Join saintlyterrier over the river in Putney if you want a nice quite pint of real ale and a chat about brands of pipe tobacco.
Or Join the London Terriers at the Eight bells if you want a good sing song in a pub close to Putney Bridge tube station and the ground, with hundreds of like minded Town fans.

Just checked Fulham web page. Tickets not yet available. Will be £30 (£25 for old sods like me) in Putney End. However, I'm going by prices for Norwich match, and that might attract a higher price.

The White Horse is indeed a decent pub with good beer and food (eaten there), but it is very much a Chelsea pub. I'm not sure wearing colours would be wise. there weren't many (if any) chelsea fans in there when we went for the Town v Chelsea match...and besides, Chelsea will be away when we play Fulham..It's about a 15 minute stroll to Fulhams ground...passing a few food outlets on route.. It's not a football pub as such, more 'refined' I'd say (leather sofa's etc) ..but good choices of ale and food..and some decent totty behind the bar the times I've been in (mainly Aussies) ...Anyway there's the walk in medical centre mere yards away ... www.whitehorsesw6.com/

Fulham seem to be offering either 1,800 or 3,000 tickets for away fans . How would this ticket allocation work if town had interest from a 2,000 away support. I have booked my train ticket in advance for the Fulham game and think this match might attract alot of interest in Kirklees and district.

I think they can extend up to 7k, our allocation will likely be 1800 then increasing as demand increases. They are on sale as of next week.

Don't worry, you'll be able to sit in the neutral stand anyway Rather be with Ainleys super singing section. Putney bridge is not far from the ground and the eight bells pub sound good . Expecting similar to last seasons Q P R away day and hope we have the same backing.

If the eight bells is the one behind the premier inn on putney bridge its a great boozer.First went in after FA cup game.Had chelsea and fulham fans and no probs wearing colours.Landlord was a scouser at the time. Been in a few times since and seems Ok.Was told by a local last time Celtic were down they drank the pub dry even down to the last bottle of creme de menthe!
