Must admit I like to gamble on all sports but for some reason tend to stick away from the dogs. Getting backed off the boards? What sort of odds did it go off at?

Must admit I like to gamble on all sports but for some reason tend to stick away from the dogs. Getting backed off the boards? What sort of odds did it go off at? Even money in from 6-4..I just keep flicking it on cos I'm not really getting excited by England. Though they seem to be playing quite well... Dogs appears to be a bit of a lottery with all that scrimmaging round the first bend... There is this amazing old woman tipster ( approx age 65) on sky channel 212 who tips the dogs from Hendon... She trains I think too... Trust me this woman is literally THE DOGS BOLLOX ... She had ten out of twelve last Thursday whilst saying stuff like " I never put money on dogs " .. One of the dogs she trains was running..it was 5-2 .. She said " I think it will win" .. It suddenly went 6-4 and won about 10 doggy lengths.... I've never seen owt like it

Did you see the program the other week on fixing at the dogs? I always knew it was dodgy but not so obvious.

Completely agree with that. Although getting an animal to run badly is easy to arrange, humans need paying off and can report corrupt events, and in team sports it's even harder to arrange, which makes the dogs probably an easy target for fixing ?

I would rather back a Donkey on Blackpool beach than have a bet on the dog's My cousin use to race Greyhounds and talk about being unpredictable.

Mate of mine used to work the flapping tracks. Deliberately doped dogs to stop them winning and get odds up over a few weeks.
Eventually chased from the track and warned off when they over doped one and it fell asleep in the trap!

Dogs might be bad but nothing is worse than harness racing.
It's like Roman chariot racing, yet the horses can only jog. Think Olympic walking but with horses.
Fooking odd!
