Think our team is at its strongest that it's been all year with Vaughan and lynch coming back in. Defiantly think we can come away with 3points next week. Would like to see lolly have more of a run think he could be the next Ben thornley

I'd like to see Vaughan and Wells both start, but I can't see it happening. We need to change the away form and Vaughan and Wells need more time together as was shown in the first half yesterday. They don't need another game not playing together so soon. Not only that but I reckon we'd have a better chance than trying to shore things up and grab a 1-0 win against the run of play etc. If we do that we'll either lose 1-0 late on as usual, or they'll score early, we'll make no early subs and get hammered. I'd rather see us take the game to them, they've been known to ship goals, but hey I'm not a Manager and don't know what I'm talking about. I do know though that I don't want to sit through a bore fest, with Boro turning on the style. I live there and have to go to work on the Monday!

We do well against teams that attack because it allows us more space to attack. To me that means we should keep the same/similar team that played Watford.
I don't get why we should be defensive just because we're away, we aren't good at defensive. We're good at attacking and that's what we should do. Middlesborough are towards the top, confident, and will see us as an easy win...perfect situation for us to do to them what we did to Watford, Brentford, and Forest.

The difference being that boro are very strong at the back and won't leave themselves wide open to the counter like Watford did. Would like to see us go with Vaughan and wells though, would either stick with the same team or bring hogg in for Gobern.
Robinson will need to be excellent again as adomah ran us ragged last time.

They've only conceded 17 goals all season think it will be difficult to score ore than 1 in this game

Think we need to go with same team but Hogg replacing Gobern or Coady who is starting to look like he may need a week off. Boro like to impose their passing from the back through an impressive midfield. Having Vaughan and Wells snapping at them may just give them something to think about - still think we will lose 2-0

Besides he has a week off anyway, till next Saturday.

There speaks a man who has seen it all before. Im a totally failed gambler but I've been really good at second guessing town this season . I really didnt see the Birmingham result coming though.. On Saturday they will mostly be plucky. Oggy and Keiran will say they matched boro for long spells but the paying fans will be wondering if the £30 spent on a ticket was a wise investment ...

2-0 to us. Smithies will be more than up for the clean sheet. Think we can kick on with confidence now and show the quality we have and start climbing the table

Boro have drawn their last two games 0-0 so we could feel a backlash but I'd be happy with a point and beat Wigan and Leeds.

Like the game against Watford - the game against Boro is a shot to nothing. We need to loosen up and get after them in every sense. Same starting 11 / same formation / same attitude. Hogg in for Gobern at the most.

Anyone know how many tickets we've sold to date? Can't find anything yet in The Examiner or on Town website.

Yes ote author=" Clark W Griswald (CAS)" source="/post/1662755/thread" timestamp="1421002445"]I bet you really liked Ben Thornley didn't you [/quote] Yes mate, I liked all the players of that era. I think now we Have a good squad and will be able to keep hold of all the players we want where we have failed to in recent years. Next season we could be a real threat and will be able to attract players in the summer. I defiantly think we can do a job at Middlesbrough and take the points

Hi Huddersfield fans you all looking forward to the game?, i an boro fan first of all id like to point out that boro don't take teams for granted theirs no easy games in this league as karanka keeps pointing out to the players and to the fans which is true. Having said that boro fans are hoping for three points after all we are near the top and are the home team, our strength is defending we are the best team defensively in this league where we have struggled recently is putting the ball in the back of the net hope to overturn that against yourselves but as i say we wont be taking this one for granted. What are you all expecting in terms of a score line and whats your thoughts on the game? boro starting line up should look like this - dimi friend......ayala.....gibson.....kalas .........leadbitter...clayton......... reach...........vossen...........adomah .................bamford
Ill go for 3-1 to boro as my prediction.

all games in this division are winnable and eminently loseable.. one thing I know is we cant set out and play for a 0-0...we went 2-0 at Ipswich but kept on playing the same way..
we kept it tight against brum and reading and lost.we got a goal back at Fulham very deservedly and then sat off....we set out on Saturday to play a bit, we let in a bad goal but continued to play the same way..
defensively, the more we have right back, the worse we look.. lets go to play on Saturday and see how boro react to it..

It could see the home support & players get anxious if we pile early pressure on.. We can't stand off them like we did at home, Butterfield looked lost on the right wing that game, we'll need his engine & creativity in the middle for this one.. He can prove a point to his former employers from his favoured position this time!
