IMHO after a few beers to numb me. Thought we were appalling first 25 mins, let them score then when Bunny scored we looked better and tried to have a midfield. Two poor teams. Edgar was dreadful, very very average. We only had scanners as an outlet. We looked so unbalanced. Second half it was ours to win, JV a looked knackered, on his own nearly all the half. We really should have gone for it and just couldn't seem to manage it. We then got done in injury time by an excellent cross and a goal poacher, I didn't see how Tommy got the horrendous injury ? Overall a very poor quality game and no atmosphere. Very worrying injury wise too.

Austin should have gone by the latest early in the 2nd half. Daft c***, you should have been down to 10 a couple of minutes before that for a straight red and you didn't even get a second yellow which would have seen him off. What the fuck are you moaning about?
Fair result today. You dog botherers are too negative, and yet another deserved win for the mighty whites. To be fair, we are dogshit at the moment and if you cant beat us now, you don't deserve to stay up. We'll only get better but not sure where you're going from here. On a more serious note though, let's hope Smith is OK. That looked a nasty one, don't like seeing that happen to anyone on the pitch. M.O.T you lucky prick- two crap sides and you lot from beeston did what you do best....................... stole something!
Yes, two crap sides. But how the fuck can you talk about stealing when your ground and lads pub is in Dalton? Thieving shit hole of West Yorkshire. We won and deserved it, if Antenucci hadn't had a brain fart in front of an open goal we'd have finished it a bit earlier.

A LUFC follower in Canada here. I hope Tommy Smith fully recovers from his terrible injury.
All the best.

Can we ban this thick twat? For telling it as it is? For bursting your bubble?
Both my points were true. Both teams should have been down to 10 but the ref bottled it with the first decision so he had to even it up with us, how the fuck could Austin have been second yellowed a couple of minutes after yours could/should have had a straight red/a definite second yellow? And Antenucci had an open goal, or weren't you at the game?
And as I said earlier, I hope Smith is OK. Horrible to see a player go off like that, team loyalties mean nothing when you see serious shit like that.

Now dust has settled Fact .... First time the scum have done double over Town since 1939 I think, 75 years, Where's the pride and the hurt the players spouted from first game. I'm afraid we went down with a whimper and first 25 mins were totally insipid.

Just watched the last goal in the build up to the cross the ball looks over the line when the Leeds player flicked it up and back.Look at the position of linesman 3 yards behind play so could not give it. Also is Sharp totally blameless for Smiths injury anywhere else on the pitch a free Kick would have been given for that challenge.

Exactly my point. It's both or neither. (Unless you're a moaning dog botherer looking for an excuse).

Oh the hypocrisy...
You lot don't half whine when the big boys from next door come to visit, don't you?

Good point re the challenge, if Smith had have been the goalkeeper, a foul would have been awarded - UTT.

Funny that. Most l..D's fans I know thought l..D's were bloody lucky to win the game. Still how the mighty have fallen. Below town in the league. Enjoy the victory Leeds chump. I'm delighted for you winning your cup final.

Seems most media reports suggest it was an unfortunate clash between Smith and Murphy which caused the injury. Having watched the incident on tv, it would appear to me that Sharp clattered Smith from behind as you can clearly see Sharp bounce off Smith with quite a jolt and as the defender goes down he holds what looks like the side of his head. Keeper is actually no where near Smith - or the ball for that matter. Anyway, as long as Smith is ok, that's the main concern. Don't get too excited Leeds fans, you managed to edge a poor Huddersfield performance yesterday - nothing to see here, it was a crap game.

Give over! Sharpe did nothing wrong, far from it. ...mmm, don't recall stating that Sharp did anything wrong. He was attacking the ball (as you would expect a striker to do), but his momentum took him into Smith and that is how I believe the injury occurred. I'm not blaming him, an unfortunate incident, but if you watch again, and concentrate on Sharp, you will see it's him that collides with Smith.

Oh fuck off you whining pricks, it was an unfortunate injury that happens in a physical sport. Stop trying to allot blame to anyone else just because you're a sour bunch of c**** that can't even hold their own boozer, we cleaned The Dalton out a couple of years ago. Sad, misguided wannabees = Huddersfield Town. We really don't care about you as we don't see you as rivals, but it's fun to come on here and give you high blood pressure. Even Leeds at their worst seem better than Huddersfield at their best eh? Rivals my fucking arse! You are right up there with Rotherham and Barnsley...

Smith didn't exactly help himself. Could have been a lot stronger than he was. Went in soft and he got hurt.

I went on a train ride to Leeds the day you were at home to an unmotivated Bournemouth outfit. Walked into the Scarborough for a pint before the train ride home, and took the place on my own, no challenge from any of you. What time do you Neanderthals wake up and guard the entrance, obviously later in the day when the previous nights crack intake has worn off - idiot !!

Jeez, I think this spunk bubble is definitely the one with the blood pressure issue - got a right cob on there! Perhaps an anger management therapy session may help, as you seem pretty abusive in your style of communication? I'm from Dalton, maybe call up for a calming beer? As I said, it was an unfortunate incident, but just commented on 'our' forum how I believed it happened - no blame, it was a collision during a physical sport.

Above you fella, normal service resumed.
We've won 4 of our last 5, Bournemouth and Reading included. How about you?
EDIT: Sorry, Wigan and Millwall are the only teams you've beaten recently. 2 of the bottom 3 , maybe you'll take the third berth yet...
