Could? Maybe. Will he? Dunno.
He's capable of being a great defender for us, but for some reason our defence has been full on horse shit for 3 seasons now. Not sure what the problem is as we've signed loads of different players and had 3 managers. I'd love for him to stay and be a legend, but I'd love it more if Town could stop being shit and be successful instead.. and for that I wouldn't care if most of the players (including Lynch) were replaced.

one third great, one third crap, one third on the treatment table with some innocuous injury. No, in other words.

Stop talking utter shite. Him and Scannell (who you've also claimed has a bad attitude), are always the first ones to put their hands up to go into schools, do charity work, and the breakfast clubs. Neither have been a minutes bother at the club and are both good examples of how footballers aren't always bellends. Lynch blew up once in frustration in the corps which is about it.

Think Grayson and Robins might disagree with that somewhat, regarding Lynchs first season here!

You can't beat Lynch with that stick slapps when you have no idea what went on, then turn the other cheek and defend Gerrard cos "nobody really knows whats gone on".

I haven't done that. Lynch sulked his way out of contention for a place in his first season here and gerrard did the same with his attitude to fitness this season.

there isn't anything to it with Gerrard until someone in authority tells it like it is and Gerrard gets his say..
rumour and speculation isn't 'more to do with it' and certainly knobs on twatter don't have much if anything to do with the 'truth' about anything much..

I was there when Lynch was asked why he wasn't getting in the team - his words "I've no idea, the manager won't even speak to me"
He looked pretty pissed off too.

What's twitter got to do with anything? There's enough knobs on here as it is It will come out naturally once he's officially left.

Have to say what I heard last night changed my opinion of Lynch. Apparently when charity work including the breakfast club was discussed with the players Gerrard was disruptive and put off players speaking up in support. When the meeting finished Lynch was the first through the door to offer support and donates an amount every month to support breakfast club work plus going along to as many as he can. Smithies followed him and wrote out a cheque there and then. Ward then offered his support and then Scans came on board and goes to the breakfast club offering support and guidance for the kids. Apparently Lynch wanted to help individual kids he saw with worn clothing etc but the policy is to help all rather than single cases. The other thing we forget is that Dean also pays out a £1 for every pound donated so those who knock that guy as well should be aware that he not only supports the club but initiatives such as this. It actually made me pretty proud to be a town fan as we all see the greedy side of the game from both clubs and players whereas the money raised for the air ambulance, breakfast club, player support seems to make us stand out from the crowd.

What you've posted isn't rumor, it's fact. Lynch and Scannell are always the first to put their hand up to do charity work as was Dixon when he was here. The worst? A Mr James Vaughan.
