Did anyone who happened to be watching Sky see how bloody delighted he was with each of the missed penalties? I thought his shirt was coming off too! L666ds tw@t.

Sometime after the second penalty there was another shout from the Kilner for another penalty. This was quickly followed by a lot of laughter as people probably thought "well actually play on please ref."

Ref was never going to give 3. Wells would have missed it anyway.

Anyone who thinks we are not making progress should check out the teamsheet for that match back in '07.

I think the following says a lot about their careers:
"Not Used: Eastwood, McCombe, McAliskey, Ahmed, Skarz."!!!!
Mirfin was good as was GTF, Brandon on but the rest past it or rubbish. Still 3 penalty saves is highly impressive, somewhere a (used to be anyway) poster called Ding is conflicted with her Matt Glennon hate!!!

Didn't Bennett save two pens in a game at Scunthorpe about 4 seasons ago?

Didn't Bennett save two pens in a game at Scunthorpe about 4 seasons ago? Yes he did. then Jordan Rhodes scored in last minute and remember Oggy saying we had just got the winner ---- only for Scunny to score in injury time! Haven't we seen this since!

Bryn Law is a Wrexham Fan true but was the Leeds Commentator on Radio Leeds for several years so has a very close affinity with Leeds.
If anybody saw his live, tearful report from the ER ground on the untimely death of Gary Speed, who was also a personal friend of Bryn's on Sky Sports News at the time you would have to be made of stone not to be moved by that no matter where your team loyalties lie. Decent football man Bryn, one of the good guys.
