I'm appalled! What's all this business of Town players turning up at schools for their breakfasts? Can't they buy their own? I'm pretty sure that they are on minimum wage or above? My message to these greedy Town players is, lay off our kids cereals, fruit and yogurts. Get yourself down to Canalside for a subsidised brekkie. By the way, have I ever told you about Chris Powell's love of sausages?

Its the real reason we let Gerrard go, he ate all the kids food before they got to have any. He would be found in a corner covered in cocoa pops and drinking juice from the carton!

On a more serious note Dean Hoyle and some players should be applauded for their support of this initiative. Lynch gives money monthly and Alex also gave cash along with Deans pound for pound raised to help supply 1000 breakfast per day. Many of the kids get nothing before they go to school so this Town initiative is one to be proud of. Lynch and Scans regularly go along to help out and motivate the kids and this is all arranged by Mandy from the club. They are also taking all 300 kids from one local school to Filey for the day as many of these kids have not seen a beach or the sea. Ok we have a bit of fun on here however maybe we should also give credit where its due as all too often Dean and others get knocked when the support they offer the club and the community is commendable. If you get a chance to support his and the air ambulance etc then please do.
