Not sure if this has been mentioned somewhere and ive missed it but ive checked last 3 pages and cant see anything. Is this because Scannell is who everybody thinks we will it or does smithies recent consistency give him a chance of pipping scannell to it?? any other candidates t.smith, coady...

Butterfield has been consistent and a great signing but I remember October he scored his 4th goal and powell came out and said he had now set jb a goal target of 10 sure he has only scored once since then! and please give me 1 name who you think should win - not 3 players lol

I'm on my best behaviour. Smithies or Butterfield for POTS. I've seen your best behavior. I'll bring you a towel. Mate there is some really important people there, I can't be behaving like I do at 3pm on a Saturday. Plus, your wife's on't same table. Don't want to get on the wrong side of her.

Butterfield. The most consistent by far, crucial every game.

This thread's in dire need of a poll. It's a shame Majewski's been so anonymous or you would have had an open goal there.

It's a shame Majewski's been so anonymous or you would have had an open goal there. Hopefully I'd do a better job than Wells.

Joel Lynch by a country mile. to win a player of the season by a country mile don't you think you need to start more games than lynch has ?

Not sure anyone involved in a backline which has shipped 70 goals is a contended for player of the season. Simple way of looking at it perhaps
Butterfield, Edgar or Scannell

Honestly couldn't split Smithies, Scannell or Butterfield.
Smithies has been very consistent and saved us many times this season (one of the reasons I couldn't give it one of the defenders).
Scannell has been the most exciting player to watch and I'd be surprised if he isn't one of the players that covers the most ground every game as well.
Butterfield has been our most creative player and also very good to watch I'd just like to see him (and Scannell to be fair) getting a few more goals because I think they both have it in them.

Surprised no one has mentioned Bunn. Lynch and Robinson deserve a mention but the real winner is Butterfield for me.

Surprised no one has mentioned Bunn. Lynch and Robinson deserve a mention but the real winner is Butterfield for me. Bunn has been excellent when he's played, at Elland Road he was the standout player for both sides, but he's suffered from being out of the team with injuries. Good season for the young lad though. Will go on to be a good player.
