This doesn't look even League 2 standard. Falkirk's left back would struggle to get a game in the West Riding playing like he is

Dont think anyone hates him, just a bit mythed how anyone can still think he's been a success as a manager and keeping a big club like Kilmarnock in the Scottish premier league isn't gonna change anyone's opinion. His record since being there isn't one that he'll be proud of and although they were 2nd bottom when he took over, he's done nothing to help the situation. From what they were saying on BT their is a big gap between the two leagues so Kilmarnock were always gonna be favourites.

We played some wonderful attacking football in Clarks first season. We all know it was the Millwall play offs when he just lost the plot so much that he keeps the top scorer on bench a year later. I will always like Clarky and want him to do well. He was instrumental in changing things at Town with Deano.

Wonder if they'll have an open-top bus parade for finishing 11th out of 12 and surviving?

Maybe a few of his critics will stop now. They will, they will - this one game just proves how good he really is.

I must admit I feel quite silly now for slating him after finishing 11th in a 12 team division and beating a team from the Scottish 2nd division. He is a legendary manager. Nick was right all along.

Great interview too, Shows his passion and desire. Chuffed for him tbf. He takes the biscuit for passion and desire there's no doubt about that. Passion, desire, spending lots of money on utter dross and then totally mismanaging them. That's Lee Clark.

Don't like Kilmarnock at all, they are the L666s to my favourite scottish team Ayr.
I remember Clark fondly and felt he was unlucky not to be promoted with Town, but coming up against teams with much higher and probably record budgets at that level.
In his 2 full seasons at Town the automatically promoted clubs were Norwich, L666s, Brighton and Southampton.
Before or since I cannot recall 4 stronger clubs getting promoted, from that division, in successive seasons.
He assembled a team that I would have loved to see have a go at the Championship. But hey it wasn't to be!
Hopefully Wagner can be the man that creates a team to challenge at any stage higher than the bottom third of the Championship.

When Fazackerley left in early Oct 2010 after our 10th game, we had just lost 3 successive league games, we only lost 4 in the remaining 36 matches for our best points tally in a season since our last Champion team in 1979/80!

Clark was really good... Right up until he dropped his philosophy and decided 'if you can't beat them join them'
Stupidest decision I've seen in football... Even more than mourinho to Man Utd

Yes, when Fazackerley left Clark lost his mind giving jobs to his best mates Paul Stephenson and Steve Watson, the style of play went from fast attacking football to utter shite in no time, yes results were good with the unbeaten run (except the game that mattered most), but it wasn't great to watch, just my opinion.
