Anyone know what the sell on Claus is on him and any truth is this silly figure of £50k that city fans think they get everytime he scores a goal? Thats why he misses so many, just to piss Bradford fans off!!!

I'm pretty sure the sell-on will be the customary 20% although Bradford fans seem to think it's 40%

Can't see this going down too well Why not? (Wouldn't mind Bradford coming up either) If things weren't so positive at the moment, I'm sure some tits would have jumped on it. Also wouldn't surprise me if he still has a greater affinity to Bradford- promotions, cup-runs......and less shit from his own fans (fishing rod).

I can't stand Bradford but I can understand why nakhi has an affinity. they gave him a start and he did well there and secured a big money move to advance his career. in all likelihood he will do the same with us in the next year or so if he continues to improve under wagner. ANY striker who bags more than 15 in a team like ours is going to attract attention from some big big clubs in the coming months.

Nothing wrong with wishing little lower league clubs nearby us well. Just like Halifax and Emley. Lepton and Berry Brow.

I play cricket with a manningham fan who genuinely believes they get a £100k per goal. I wouldn't pay any attention to what they say, 40% is very un Dean Hoyle.

What....but.....a group of fans from another club thinking Wells is a good Championship striker, ones who don't seem overly bothered about keeping a striker they paid a £2m loan fee for a single season. ......"but they don't see his very, very easy misses".....yeah, just like you don't in respect of his peers, they don't only omit Wells' from highlights you pillocks! Edit- just noticed they mention ALF. I take it all back

We've had quite a few English and Irish U17's though, not many have pushed on Sent from my SM-G900F using proboards Don't think we've had any youth internationals that have won the European Championships. He was pretty much an ever present in that competition. Most of the youth internationals we've had for England have got a game here and there, and the Irish/Welsh lads play for poorer international teams with less competition. As I said it doesn't mean anything of itself, but if you're looking for a reason why he's being touted for big bucks then that is a factor, along with the fact that Leeds have a reputation for producing players. Just for a bit of context, Benik Afobe joined us on the back of a European Championship medal earned four years earlier than Cook.

That report omits a crucial word: not – ie, "an offer in the region of £4million in the summer - an amount not likely to be enough to land the Bermuda international"

£4m plus Shane Long might do it. Top half Championship side (which hopefully will be us next season) is about Nahki's level at the moment I think.

Player | Cost | Championship Goals this Season | Jordan Rhodes | £8m & £10m+ | 15 | Abel Hernández | £10m | 19 | Ross McCormack | £11m | 21 | Nahki Wells | ?? | 17 | Andre Gray | £6m (up to £9m?) | 24 |
Wells is in esteemed company, some people need to reevaluate their evaluations. I hope Deano knows how much others of his ilk are valued at.
