I do not know how to start a poll so could someone do a "would you like Sadford to be disbanded/closed down" one for me?

A rugby team when i was a lad. After being at the England game this week though i hate the Southern teams more and more...total dick-head fans.

If you say yes to this question you are saying you want success to befall bradford... If you want a local derby wish Barnsley well No. I want another local "West Yorkshire" derby. If that means success for Bradford in the form of promotion then so be it. Bradford is 11 miles away - they are our closest league team. I always enjoy our games with them and it would generate extra interest in football in the area. And it gives us the opportunity to beat them home and away. For what its worth I also want Barnsley to get promoted. Again for another big Yorkshire derby. Its a local one, but not a West Yorkshire derby which is always special. The more Yorkshire teams in the Championship the better.

In fact the last time we were all in the same division was 1987/88 season, when, incidentally, the last time Aston Villa were in the same division as Town. Yes we also got relegated And we had a considerably worse team then than we have now. A team that should get stronger with investment in the summer and the chance for Wagner and his team to work with them through pre-season. Its a completely different scenario.

Good question Ted. Born in Essex, supported Spurs for as long as I can remember, first game of professional football was Chelmsford City, they used to play Monday evening and New Writtle Street under floodlights was......electric!! Celtic for winning the European Cup. Town for only 18 years, but they get my hard earned and are the first result I look for. You? I don't understand changing allegiance if I'm honest I was an 8 year-old and on my holidays to St Annes on Sea. I bought a key ring, a white leather mini-photo album of the L**ds team - Johnny Giles, Billy Bremner, Alan "Sniffer" Clarke... the whole lot. It was my prized possession for about 2 weeks and then I wised-up. There, I feel much better now getting that off my chest.

I'm on the no side myself, lets just keep them for the odd cup draw and let them dwindle away and look up with envy.

I worked in Bradford during their brief time in the Premier League and their fans were insufferable.
It's a hell no from me. I was gutted when they got out of the bottom league.

From a business perspective it's another capacity crowd (£££). That also equates to a good atmosphere and a good game. Yes, get them promoted, now.

I would prefer Barnsley to get promoted over Bradford or indeed any club to get promoted over Bradford.

I would prefer Barnsley to get promoted over Bradford or indeed any club to get promoted over Bradford. Likewise. Bradford are the team I hate most. From a selfish perspective, Walsall is very near for me (25 minutes) so hope they come up.

from a selfish perspective.. wigan, bradford and barnsley.. nearer for the away games.. Burton, millwall and gillingham have nothing much to offer to compete with an easy away day..

There are only 23 other teams in that division that I'd rather see promoted than Bradford.

Yes, the more Yorkshire teams or teams within 60 mile of Huddersfield the better as far as i'm concerned.

Bradford is a lavatory but we would only have to go once and if you get someone to drive you, you can close your eyes on the way to and from the place..be honest its only a few minutes either way and inside the ground you can keep your eyes on the game and you would never know you had been there..

no need to listen to the leeds games.. win and its european football on the way.. lose and they are the shittest ever to wear the famous white and they need 3/4 players or possibly many more.. draw and its; a. the refs fault b. the unluckiest draw that the world has ever seen and leeds should have won by 7 at least.. win/lose or draw the manager is in trouble and they are having talks with some other clown.. done, no re tuning required..

Unless it's at Gillingham's expense. I'm with you there. That's 2 weekends catch up with my Gills mates. They're a good play off team. Will be good fun watching that league climax.

It'd make for a slightly brighter summer in my house, and a couple of times I'd get to see family next season. Always enjoyed the rivalry with Bradford, mind, far moreso than with Leeds.

I remember all the moaning from them when they didn't get their FA cups games shown live on BBC moan, moan bloody moan then when they did get shown live Reading stuffed them

Love them to come up another local derby with a decent atmosphere. looking at their squad on paper and the fact they probably wouldn't have a big budget I would have thought they'd be down near the bottom along with the other promoted sides who look the weakest on paper in a few years. I'm really looking forward to the amazing magic trick at Valley Parade where they make a 20 thousand crowd look like 10 thousand.
