Can't believe Cattermole is still a Premier League player. He's awful. And Sunderland wonder why they're in the shit at this stage every season

How is it not 2-0? Sunderland can't get the ball off them.
Edit: 2-0

Never make a footballer while ever he has a whole in his arse that lad. You're "mates" with TerrierLuke, aren't you? He'll never live that one down.

Legendary prediction from someone who's football knowledge i could write on a pin head. I think someone should bring that thread back to the fore for another laugh. Not only going to be top premiership scorer and premier league champion. He is now a full England international with 2 international goals. There is being wrong and being wrong and then being absolutely fucking wrong to the nth degree.

…. going to get a Championship medal. As will Drinkwater. Will Chilwell get one as well? How many games do you have to play to qualify?

He's not in bad company though is he? Clark, McDermott, Sheffield Wednesday academy staff. Plus Leicester nearly flogged him for probably a tenth of what he's worth now.

Expect he'll settle for that. Wonder if he will get two. Not only would I like to see him get one this year, but one next year as well. What a fete that would be. Fuchs, central defenders, Konte, Drinkwater, Marhez and Vardy have been best players in their positions this season. Hope they can add to the squad for next season rather than break it up.

Best thing for football would be for Stoke or someone like that to win it next yr (& Town in season 17/18 ). Unfortunately I can just imagine the ranting and raving going on in far flung corners of the globe & there'll be some money spent in the summer by some of the 'big' clubs...

Not as good as de Laet. He could well end up with both a Premier League and Championship winning medal in the same season given he's now on loan at Boro.

Where Man City, Chelsea, Man Utd, Arsenal have failed this season is in the quality of their team work. Big spending doesn't automatically bring success. I think Watford, Bournemouth have shown also what good quality team work can do for teams progressing from the Championship. ...but at the end of the day...I guess having the big bucks help you put it together more often than not...as history shows. Loved that 3 goal burst from spurs today.

The likes of Chelsea man u,city arsenal are gonna be richer due to attendances, but with the new tv money the others can afford just about anyone too. Wages are gonna go through the roof, this will affect us as it filters down to the championship. Fuck sky.

I think the big irony about modern football is going to be that the absolute sack loads of cash available at the top table will actually be a leveller, not divisive.
The TV deal is worth so much now that a player at Spurs/West Ham/Southampton etc will be able to earn the big bucks previously only available at the trad "big four". Would I move from Spurs to Man U now, a la Carrick, Berba for example? Why bother. Spurs can pay enough to keep all their young and upcoming starlets out of the clutches of the "bigger" clubs and in the process are able to build a bob-on quality side. Same at West Ham - Payet or Lanzini would be mad to go to Liverpool or Arsenal or Chelsea - they're part of a young exciting team about to qualify for Europe - something Chelsea and Liverpool can't offer. And why bother joining Arsenal - you're as likely to not win the league as Spurs or Southampton or the like.
I think - perhaps it's more hope, but we'll see - that the apple cart has been well and truly upset. Don't think we'll get another Leicester again, but watch out for Spurs. They're going to get better and better, West Ham too.

I hope they win it but it ain't no low cost side they've put together, only compared to the so called top 5/6.
