Not sure of the business logic in having such big increases. Anyone who has not bought and now sees the new signings and thinks they might buy a ticket after all will now say no, I'll pick and choose and pay on the day. Could alienate a few part time supporters Its a call to floating fans.......get in now and dont moan when it gets beyond 15k. The club cant do much more.....now the public and the players have to deliver - its time for this club to perform and its supporters to bask in some glory for a change!!!!

Does anyone know whether or not tou have to buy a season ticket for a baby?
We have held off buying my wifes season ticket as we thought we were supposed to buy one for our new born, but as he is 10 days old today i cant see him actually using a seat next season. I dont have an issue buying him one at £23, paid £30 for our 2nd child when we were at wembley and he was 6 weeks old, i just dont want to take a 'cheap' season ticket off someone else when i know he wont even use the seat.
Have contacted the ticket office on twitter but had no response yet.
Thanks in advance

However I'd be flabbergasted if you need a seat for a 10 day old baby.

I remember when buying the playoff ticket the club were embarressed that we had to pay for isaac, however i know there was somethimg about the stadium (ksdl) charging a nominal amount per head. I dont want to not get him one only to find out we have to pay for him and then get charged the new rate

Long time for them to sit on a knee without getting on peoples nerves. Charging anything for a babe in arms though is ludicrous and Id be amazed if Town didn't agree.

Because i have to work and run my wife back and forth to the hospital because my little one is losing weight and she cant drive due having a c section plus i have to run my other 2 children to school/preschool. 9-5 doesnt work for everyone and thought someone else on here may be in the same situation. Sorry forgot everyone on her was either 10 or retired 😚

Strange looking at the OS stadium map - there is no longer availability in FMS & DG despite being plenty still available a few days ago. I know some seats have to be available for POTD but not that many.

In case anyone is in the same situation as us, you do not need to buy a seat for a child until they can walk and would therefore be classed as able to use a seat.
We managed to get abother season card in the same area by ringing up wven though they all sgow as unavailable on the interactive map. I guess this is because they have to have so many pay on the day seats available in each atand so close off sales when they get close to the required %

If we sell 15000, which we obviously will/have done already, thats a thousand more than what Bradford sold at £150 last season, so still not a bad effort. Not exactly true though, is it? Given we sold 18,100 last season. not even sold 15k LOLz.

'Sold' involves the transfer of money from one party to the other. You didn't 'sell' 18100 because a few thousand of those were 'given away'. Hope that helps.

There seems to be quite a few available in block 2 of the BR stand, otherwise it's really just the front 2 or 3 rows available. Must be there or thereabouts now surely ?

You sold 14000 for money, gave 2000 away and the in true Bradford City style decided to include 2000 flexi cards in your season tickets sold total.

I`d say looking at the stadium map now there are only around 500 seats still available. All in the BR stand.

I can't understand how the fantastic Media upper seems to have sold out over the last few days

perhaps it's something to do with having pay on the day available a concept I don't really understand - if you go to a rock concert I've never seen tickets held back for pay on the day - also it only applies to home areas and not away areas!

I think the club have removed these from sale due to pay on the day tickets, having just announced the prices. The upper FM was only about 50% taken with SC the other week, with almost all seats in both side sections still available to buy

33,000 season tickets sold at Newcastle Utd. A (boro supporting) mate of mine lives in Newcastle and he said there is a real buzz up there about the season. They're probably expecting to romp the league, hopefully they'll be kicking the cat after the first home game.

Plus don't they tend to leave some smallish areas covered (especially for when teams bring big followings) as extra space between home and away fans? Yes, good point, we no longer have a 24500 seater functionable stadium thanks to the Frikking Health & Safety crowd. Beyond belief they cordon off those corners when the natural segregation is there. Not like we've got Russians coming is it? annoys me this, because how many times do you see premier league matches on tv with just a line of stewards between home and away supporters? for instance, spurs, Arsenal, West ham, Man utd, Man city, Watford, Leicester, yet town with crowds of 12000 seem to need at least 100 yeards? ridiculous

Thought this was an interesting stat, Leeds United have sold 14300 season tickets, their highest number in 12 years!!.
Yes we know it's discounted, but still, for me this shows what an achievement our sales have been.
