I'm bored of this Villa nonsense. Can we discuss the real cause for concern, a short, cheating individual who never fails to upset us? Hopefully he will still be shunned to the bench but he worries me more than Dr Xia!

He's one player who I'd have absolutely no sympathy for if he broke his leg (be it against us or in a freak accident at home or whatever). He's been proven to be a diving cheating rat, which is why he regularly gets booked for it, including the hilarious incident against Hull last season where he got a 2nd booking for simulation because of his reputation, despite it being very clear that he'd actually been fouled. Quite frankly I wish he'd do a Jeremy Helan and retire to go focus on religion or whatever he wants to focus on. He deserves every bit of abuse, bad luck, smash in the face, injury etc that he gets.

And so it begins. No doubt he will score when the fans abuse him, just like McCormack....

last season he went down in agony 10 times in first half...rolling around and whatever...we had x number of players spoken to and booked by the ref who obviously had not done his homework on this cheating weasel... Yes, he's talented at football but the side show he brings far outweighs any of his talent. as a footballer.. He's a cheat.

Give him a break. The guy gets hit in the face, what's he supposed to do?

The most frustrating thing about him is that he doesn't need to throw himself about! He's easily one of the best players in the Championship, and would get into most teams (not ours, obviously). But he's just a cheating little shite, and for that I hate the bastard!

Very good player and a big threat if he plays well. One of the too good for the championship but not quite prem league players.
His big danger is closing down defenders and winning the ball in dangerous areas. And winning free kicks.
The first we should cope with but the second is a concern. Especially considering our disciplinary record.
That said the speculation linking him to Aston Villa, Derby and Newcastle seems to have derailled his and Wednesday's start to the season.

A nice rendition of "He's gonna dive in a minute" may sway the ref. Or maybe I'm in dreamland that there'll be a ref competent enough to spot his dives.

Horrible fixture this, I cannot abide Forestieri and his antics on the pitch are not good for the blood pressure. I fear we may have a man off and he will be at the bottom of it.
Their 'billy big bollocks' fans (who have been unsurprisingly absent on this forum this season. I wonder why?. A few wins and they will creep back on here).
Then there is that large Chap who will be on the front row with no top on, goading the Town fans for 90 minutes (as usual). Does he actually see any play on the pitch?.

Be careful what you wish for, if he did a Jeremy Helan then he'd be booked twice against us at our place and still not get sent off!

Cut price Messi on his day but the accompanying theatrics are ridiculus at times. Hopefully he is still sulking on the bench for our Wendies game.

One thing is for certain...
Forestieri will definitely cheat and the referee will definitely fall for for it again. As usual.
Not seen any referees actually deal with him properly.

Agreed, hate the little bastard but he is a quality Player. The first time he played against us was one of the best performances for a full 90 minutes I'd seen against Town, despite the theatrics. Whilst for Wednesday a few years later, I was shocked to see just how strong he was and hard he worked.
