Not sure why people doubt Rashford. Had a good game and must be very difficult to play against. Decision making could improve a bit but a starter for me. If we go with 3 at the back i can see Grealish on the bench which will be a shame going to be a tough problem.

We struggle to score goals from open play, Ward Prowse takes an excellent free kick so I am at a complete loss as to why he is not in the euro squad. I fully understand why Sourhgate wants to pick his mates. After today I think the only guarantee is that Henderson will play when he is fit and be the first name on the teamsheet for taking penalties.

Henderson should be no where near the squad taking up a place, Grealish got to start for me more chances of free kicks and pens Harry Kane would be rubbing his hands thinking of a golden boot, should play Mount and Foden too attack teams not good enough defensively Pickford,Ming's and Stones all got a mistake in them. So if we going out go out attacking not playing boring defensive football and going out on penalties

We'll go out in the first knock out game and everyone will spend the next 20 years talking about how we would have won the tournament if Southgate had started Grealish

Germany 1-0 up in the U21 final. Portugal started the first half strongly, but Germany deserve their goal.

Can't you spell Ward Prowse? does my head in all the initial bollocks Cheeky sod. As one who lives near Southampton, I am with many here who call Ward-Prowsw JWP, as opposed to KWP (Walker-Peters). Anyway, he's fitter than JH Do people say the initials out loud, or just in writing? I've noticed the Sky commentators almost always refer to Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook as "LMS" – saves time, I suppose!

A very unconvincing performance. Few players come with credit. Grealish JWP Johnstone Shaw Can't you spell Ward Prowse? does my head in all the initial bollocks Whereas all the double barrel surname bollocks does my head in.

Scottish Women’s Premier League. Glasgow City 2 Rangers 0.
And so Glasgow City are champions for the FOURTEENTH consecutive season in a row. Celtic and Rangers might dominate and buy the men’s League but they sure ain’t managing it in the women’s game. Pity there’s not a successful Glasgow City men’s team that would make it more interesting than the annual two horse bore fest that’ll be happening in the SPFL Premiership up here until the end of time.

Torquay United v Notts County and Stockport County v Hartlepool United in the NL playoff semifinals, so it is guaranteed league football for one grand old lower league team. I can genuinely say I’d be happy for any one of them to make it, and sad for the three that miss out. Personally, I think it’ll be Stockport County to go up. Hope it's Notts County. What Warnock achieved there was incredible. Nowadays, if a manager did what he did, his next job would have been an Everton or West Ham. Unbelievable that it was us via a brief stint at Torquay. Like you, I'd be happy to see any of them do it. Although, I hope it's a long, long time until I next watch Town on a freezing cold night at Victoria Park. I do recall that he turned down a couple of higher profile jobs, one was Chelsea (I remember him saying the job wasn't for him at the time - that was during the Ken Bates era). I think the other might have been Sunderland.

Ever thought about getting a proper job? Got a "proper job"....i travel the world as a Marketing Executive. Got three jobs...all ones i control. ‘Marketing Executive’? What exactly does one do? There is a tendency to add executive to all sorts of jobs nowadays. What does that role entail? Serious question, not a wind up.

In a company of 11 people you have to do a bit of everything but my major roles/skills involve sales, marketing, contract negotiation and largely schmoozing. Juggled some figures this morning to make the company $14k from thin air Dont ever get hung up on job titles....i have had a few fake ones.

Lots of fancy titles nowadays for ordinary jobs :-
Educational centre nourishment replacement operative / School Dinner Lady
Petroleum Transfer Engineer / Petrol Attendant
Beverage Dissemination Officer / Barmaid
I started out 30 years ago as a plain old Wagon Driver and fortunately got out not long after becoming a Logistical Operative.

‘Marketing Executive’ - An external person who you allow to undertake doggy dealings that you can chop off and disregard if they are found out and claim that they were not part of the company

Just got home from Ponte Hospital today after having a colonoscopy, the results of which were vastly better than I expected.
