90 goals scored for Ipswich this season
Can they make it to 100 on Saturday?

They must be mighty relieved that they now only need a point at home to the mighty Huddersfield Town.

Look at the careers of most of that Ipswich side. McKenna has done an unreal job with them

Shows what can happen when you build a side where everyone is pulling in the right direction. Far cry from our shower of 💩

Theirs was more than ours and comfortably more than any other league 1 team. Even Wednesday. I’m not say8ng they’ve not done well, but it’s not quite such a fairytale.

Hope we can get a creditable draw on saturday, suits everyone, except leeds.
Hope Hull make 6th, they are the form team and will do leeds in the play offs.
Hull v saints play off final???

Theirs was more than ours and comfortably more than any other league 1 team. Even Wednesday. Look through each player and where they had been before Ipswich. Most of them look something like Oldham, Accrington, Barnsley etc He's taken a load of average league one players plus some middle of the road championship players and turned them in to a Premier League team. Not sure why their wage bill is so high when you look at the players and where they signed them from. Did they have a massive promotion bonus in there which skewed it like we did in 2017?

We might have to spend a little more, even if our head coach works wonders😉 Ipswich only have Morsy who is over 30??? That might be a lesson?

Just watch us produce a shock result at Portman Road when it's too late to save us. Winning promotion for Leeds would be the perfect way to end a disastrous season. No possibility we dont have it in us...

No possibility we dont have it in us... We'll be absolutely swamped from the first whistle. They'll want to kill things off early. 4-0 at half-time. I'll be surprised if we have more than 20% possession over the 90 minutes. A sad farewell to the division.

Although you cant ignore it form dosnt necessarilly count for anything in the playoffs, you could say its a different competition, its like cup football a two legged semi and a final. We've had playoff campaigns ourselves when we've been far from convincing in our last few league games but still won through.

Him and Tindale at Newcastle would be a match made in heaven as a Manager and No.2. Not enough cameras for them two.

Rather go into 3 games in the form Hull are in, they score, they dont fall apart even after going behind 3 times and they look far more together than any other team in them. I like them and how they play. They may not even get into em.😉

Same as when Bournmuff get cited as a team doing things the right way. They'd have been more bummed by FFP than Everton if they hadn't got the promotions when they did.

Even after the Marcus Stewart episode? Payback time on Saturday, come on Town! Never blamed Ipswich for that, who wouldn't have taken Stewy? The blame lies at Ruberry's door, with a portion of it thrown at Bruce too, especially as he (in his own words) had veto over ALL transfers.

Ipswich have spent money but key is they have done it well whilst obviously having a very good manager . And of course have been competitive against the 3 parachute payment teams . I feel they would have been hoping for a top 10 play off push at least but naturally this will be beyond all expectations.

Liverpool beat Chelsea women 4-3 tonight, effectively ending their title hopes. The fourth trophy run they’ve been knocked out of in the last month. My thoughts for this thread are based off post match reaction, the Chelsea players and staff were absolutely devastated and showing some real emotions and honestly it was nice to see. I understand women are in general better at showing their emotions but this is a team who are still going to finish second. Meanwhile, town have been relegated and not a single player seems to care. I’m not asking for tears and giving up but it seems so obvious that town or men’s players in general don’t care whatsoever.
