I don't think we'd miss him at all....we aren't missing hin Weve only played 3 league games though!!!.......if mounie gets injured i dont see any of the others taking on the mantle albeit thats maybe a tad unfair on depoitre so early in his time here. Wells can be an effective impact player unless we get an offer too good to refuse..........only time will tell i suppose, but if as i expect he goes late for 4m plus hes been tremendous value for money, particularly as for most of his time here we were a poor championship team battlng the drop.

Def need to keep wells. Fingers crossed mounie doesn't get injured but if he does we only have depoitre as cover and he is unproven

Need to keep Wells or have a replacement lined up in the window over the remaining 48 hours - we need to score goals from somewhere

I hope he stays and makes an impact for us. I think he'd link well with Ince et al and we're creating plenty of chances. Fact is if he agrees a contract, gets back in team and scores a few he'll get a big money deal but Town will too.

He hasn't wanted to sign a contract for over a year now. No commitment. Wagner doesn't like that. Neither do I.

We have not taken the chan ces we have had particularly against Southampton and very nearly lost that match in the last moment and based on the rest of our performance it is one that we should have won. Remind me how many goals Quaner has scored - is he going to score many in the Premier league or do we sell him too ?

Leeds bid of 4.5m for Nakhi Hopefully with a few other clubs interested we can get that up to £6M+ with add-ons. At least enough to get another Left Winger/Attacker in the squad.

Leeds bid of 4.5m for Nakhi I would take that On what basis? The amount is irrelevant to me..........except for the fact that where do we get a better replacement for similar money in the current "madness" market. If we can and DW thinks we can then crack on...........but it wont be easy.

Leeds bid of 4.5m for Nakhi Do Bradford have a sell on? 10% of any profit. Plus any socks he wears. 10p every time he wakes up. 5p when he farts and 2p when he sneezes. That's if you listen to them. The top bit is right I think.

The market is hugely inflated, but unlike when we lost other players in recent seasons, Wells is no longer a key player and has less than a year on his contract. These factors will no doubt bring down the price somewhat. What's a good price.....god knows in this market!!!

Leeds bid of 4.5m for Nakhi Do Bradford have a sell on? If it's money from Leeds they'd turn it down on principle. Happily Dean is far more adult about these matters.

Thats my point fella......unless DW believes he can get better then i would keep him and run the risk of a free in the summer. Clearly DW has earned the right to make the decision on this and we will have to wait and see.

I'm rather concerned. If depoitre was on the bench and coming on for ten or twenty minutes I'd be less so worried. I understand that wagner is trying to praise good trainers and leaving out the less so (much like billing last season). But if depoitre can't make the bench now surely nahki would if he was fit. The lad played his heart out for us. Absolutely gutted for him if he leaves.

And I hope he plays in the premises one day

I don't think that anyone would suggest that Wells would swing the lead in the final year of his contract,it would not be in his interest. But I think that DW only wants players who really want to be here. For that reason Wells is history.

If Gestede can go for £6m (admittedly has had a better season than Wells at Champ level), I'd like to think we could get similar.

Leeds have signed Lasogga on loan from Hamburg. If he's fit, good signing. Trouble is that he is hardly ever fit. Also very slow. Although he was 5th choice, a bit of a come down. HSV to Leeds. HSV much, much bigger club.

haha and what makes you think wells will suddenly start banging in goals 😂😂😂 ...or want to stay? I'm disappointed with some town fans. Maybe if we signed him from Bradford pa, or fax he would have had much more encouragement. Workhorses with much less ability seem to be lauded a lot more. His first season at town I recall wells smashing one in with his left foot outside box on a night game against Middlesbrough. He has the quality. He is ambitious. All about opinions I guess though.

But the bottom line is Nahki won't sign a contract (for whatever reason) so what are the club to do? Don't understand why Nahki won't sign, he must have his own reasons, but that's no good to DW who's trying to build a team that can compete in the Premier League..... IMO.

Surely it makes sense to the club for nahki to stay..Should Mounie get injured, then we only have Depoitre as cover and he doesn't look ready! Nahki gives us other options, he's a poacher and he'll get us goals for sure. I'd like to see him play off Mounie.
If he goes then I hope we have someone coming in as we're desperately short up top.
