Mixed feelings reading the above pages.
My nostalgia gene says that that was a brilliant season (obviously it wasn't quite that!) I'd completely forgotten about Jimmy Nic's "loss of form", and Trevor Cherry's injury, and Frank scored at least 35 goals....
But; that is what 47 years does to scramble the senses, perhaps I should leave the old papers and stick to (comfortable) fallible memory..
