Having missed the entire 1979-80 season whilst living and working in the U.S.A. I was now back in the U.K. but now living in Surrey. Other priorities (and distance) took over so attending Town's games wasn't always possible. The Daily Examiner no longer ran Saturday evening Football Editions, so reports on the games weren't available till the Monday newspaper edition.
