Not sure why you're stirring the pot? No-one died did they? I'm not stirring any pot. I'm pointing out that no fans committed any illegal activity in order to leak the kit images which had been suggested by the line of questioning.

And you're buying a product that you can't start using until August. I know exactly why they started selling the SC's when they did and it wasn't because they were wanting to make it easier for the fans. Predictably it would seem to have backfired. How has it backfired? They'll sell loads before March 1st. No brainer business decision imo and if you don't want one no one is forcing you to buy I'm not disagreeing that, from a HTFC point of view, it was probably the right business decision to make, especially with Town then mid table. The official reason given from HTFC though said it was to make it easier for the fans which clearly it isn't due to the post Christmas bills to pay off. Bear in mind that SJ also seems surprised that uptake hasn't been higher. It would not surprise me if they are trying to work out a way to encourage more people to buy the SC's. I'd still like to know when other clubs start selling SC's.

Even at increased rate it will be hugely competitive with our premier ( or championship ) rivals .. they put them on sale we choose whether we want one .. I don’t get the problem or the “backfire” really

Results have now put us in a relegation place and with only two fixtures remaining until the offer is scheduled to be closed so it really has back fired in not looking like happening regarding the number of sales. I have been a season ticket holder for many decades and will carry on so, but not renewed as yet so can see why the new supporters are holding off but unlikely to renew.

Watching football is a leisure activity and as such it is competing with a myriad of other non football businesses. In the current economic climate where most people are perpetually in debt I'm afraid that £250 plus the associated costs is a lot of money and people quite rightly have to prioritise where it is spent.

In the current economic climate where most people are perpetually in debt, people still spend £250 when they can see it's a bloody good bargain. These season tickets will all sell out before next season starts. This world has had debt written all over it for the last decade, so people don't think differently today as they did this time last year. We sold 17000 season tickets last time we were in the championship this club has moved forward 10 fold since then, the product we are buying now is far more exciting a purchase ( possible premier league or a team very likely to challenge at the top of championship) those who fail to renew will have someone jump in their spot. Moan about the cheap season tickets or the debt problems of this world but don't renew and someone will be jumping in your seat that's for sure.
