Ince needs to improve instead of giving the ball away

Out of the loop altogether today. Is zero shots from us as it says on the stats correct? Correct

Out of the loop altogether today. Is zero shots from us as it says on the stats correct? Think so. Mounie should've scored, at the very least got a shot off, but like last week, he fumbled it while in a great position.

How much time have our players spent on the floor? Passing and deliveries have been shocking. No shots on target, their keeper has barely touched it and definitely hasn't got a spec of dirt on his kit yet. Not looking very good.

Out of the loop altogether today. Is zero shots from us as it says on the stats correct? Yeah but we have had a fair few crosses again and plenty of passes into the area but just lacking on the quality of the final ball. Hasn't been that bad to lose hope. Zaha is looking tired to me after initially impressing.

Piss weak, negative shite from Town.
Good job it's not a decent side we're playing.

This is painful to watch.
We are getting closer and closer, two things have happened in the past in this scenario. We'll either score (unlikely given recent form) or we'll over expose ourselves and concede

Hoping they tire as they seem to be chasing us and cutting down a lot of options when we get the ball, they are definitely targeting hogg as weak in possession. Wont last their intensity then hopefully we can grown into the match They seem so much better than us, and I don't have faith in us if we start to keep possession, we didn't do anything with it Last week. I just hope today is the day where we end this terrible record of not getting back into games I havent gone today because of the weather and after listening to this commentary I am glad I didnt. I dont know where the goals are going to cme from. I dont know where the pass for someone to score is going to come from. These last few games have been dire and I have watched some poor stuff over the decades of supporting HTFC. I dont mind being relegated if we give it a bloody good go. But this slow tip tap passing is not the way to get at teams which we should be able to compete against.

We are showing plenty of energy and enthusiasm, but the quality of the final pass and delivery is just not good enough to beat the Palace defence. I see Mooys ability to hit a dead ball cross hasn't improved. We can get a goal second half. UTT.

People on here really need to get a grip! We are playing against a side fighting for there lives in difficult conditions. Let’s just see how we fair in the second half when we aren’t playing into a gale force wind and they are knackered!

Malone kicking the ball in his own face sums up that half
A lot of moaning in the stands not helping. Do it on here not during the game

Last few games we're relying on crosses, we had plenty of practice last week and nothing has come off

That was worse from Malone than I'd thought. He's League Two.

Has been an absolutely terrible game so far. Hasn't been so great for us, but for the neutral it's been a cracker. It's the main game here too. A cracker? Do you watch much football at all?

Lacking ideas once again. The slow build up down the flanks just allows defences to be prepared for the hit and hope cross that eventually comes in. Pritchard looks fairly sharp when he gets it and I've been surprised how many tackles Mooy has won but that's about it for positives. We're no lacking effort and attitude but it's not getting us anywhere at the moment.
We all want Ince to succeed but it's hard to deny he's been a massive disappointment. Seemingly can't beat a man, needs an acre of space to get a shot away and is reluctant to cross it. He tries hard but I just don't see what else he brings to the team I'm afraid.

Do it on here not during the game True, and if ever there was a symbolic summing up of that half, that would be it. Still, I feel Roy Hodgson may feel a little disheartened at only being 1-0 up after all the effort they've put in. And we're playing towards the South Stand in the second half, so will have that extra drive forward. I hope :-)

Depoitré needed in the second half. We have to start making Hennessy work or we’re in trouble.
It’s time for the players to step up to the plate. The manager can only do so much, he can’t hold their hands on the pitch.
Biggest half of the season so far coming up.
I think we can get something if we give it our all.
Up the mighty Town.

We need changes, more physical presence in the box to make something happen so DLP on (Quaner was brought on last week to add physicality) and we need a cutting edge into the box so VLP will be on early, who to go off? Malone and go 3 at the back? On another note looks terrible weather at Stoke, has Huddersfield missed the worst?

Nothing is coming off for us on the left.
RVLP to come on second half? Push Ince on the right.
Maybe try what we did against Watford where we had Kachunga behind the striker. Bring him on when Pritchard has run himself into the floor

Stop giving the bloody ball away. Ince off for vlp please and we need Pritchard to find a ball like our 2nd against the Baggies. Less huff and puff and more goals 'n' stuff. T shirt weather down here on the South Coast yesterday, bloody Arctic today.

Not great standard and loads of mistakes, but we ain't watching Barcelona are we? I watch cracking Under 12 games. Are you capable of assimilating such information? ... and yes, I probably watch 10 times more than you do

This has been our trouble for such a long time. Our pace of play is pedestrian. How we are going to get an eqaliser let alone a winning goal is anyones guess. I hate to sound so negative but I cannot find a positive. Good sub for the second half sorry to say.
