I have recently subscribed to HTTV.
When trying to play a video I get the message 'No linked account'
When trying to link using my email address and password, I get the message;
'Invalid Account - Login failed ( incorrect username/password). Please check your account details and try again.'
I am using an iPad with Safari
Any ideas please?

Have you tried downloading the town player app and running it through that?
That's what I use on my android device

Yes that's what I do - clock in via the Town Square app on iPad and iPhone.

I recently sign up to httv+ and watched Dresden game on my phone via town square app ok but when I tried to cast it to my Samsung qled TV the audio cast and the video was black except the icons of my phone. Also I have missed Saturday s game but disappointed to not see a replay on httv via the town square app on my phone. All I can see on app is replay of arsenal game and previous. Should I be able to see Saturdays game? And should I be able to cast to my tv?
