whatever system is currently used by town it has resulted in the purchases of the likes of Mbenza,Diakhaby.Sobhi.Obvious conclusion is the way Town work on recruiting firat team players doesnt work and needs sorting out pronto.
Responsibility is with senior management of the club for the cock up.Although the likes of Marsh and Rebbe must share some of the blame.

You ever take on a job where you have to deal with big egos and small brains plus your 'staff' earn more than you and have little or no interest in helping the cause, see how good/bad you are.? Jan never had a chance, the next one won't unless he is backed by a very strong back up where players are told they won't play and we will shift them on for fuck all in January if they don't frame. Players sometimes need a big stick, this lot are about due it. |

I am not privvy to enough of the ins and outs at Town to make sweeping judgements on personnel, I see the team play that's about all I can judge on, the rest is uninformed opinion |
