All this talk about players like Billing, Mooy, Kongolo being wanted by others and moving on, it's actually this lad we need to be most worried about
He will be unreal in the Championship. He's the only player in the side whose first thought is forward. One touch out of his feet and a crisp forward pass to get us on the front foot
Siewart should make the rest of the players watch a compilation video of Bacuna as they could all learn a thing or two

He wasn't our worst player but he was miles of motm He did do 2 things correctly as is usual ( forgetting the fact he did naff all for the rest of the game, as usual ) for some this is good enough to think he will be a real threat next season. I don’t see it at all. Unbelievable if we spend more money on this bloke.

Could do with a few rough edges polishing but at 21 he looks a real talent.

In a season of endless negatives, this lad is a real positive. He's obviously young and not the finished article, but he's improving all the time. Get's stuck in and is confident on the ball. When he gets it, there is always a genuine possibility he will make something happen.

Three sublime passes (2 in the first half, one in the second) that were wasted but made up for yet another lifeless, clueless performance under Sievert. This week I can't be bothered to analyse SW's press quotes but He just wasn't watching the same match as me. He IS learning though - he now spends a lot of time and quotes ingratiating himself with the supporters.

Thought Lossl might have have been due a MOM? Do you have to pollute every thread with your anti-Lossl diatribe, you witless buffoon?

Probably our best player on the day, though the bar for that was extremely low.

Good game today he's steadily grown on me as the season progressed. Should be one of first names on the team sheet next season if he keeps putting shifts in like today.

This is a real problem here now, the season has been so bloody bad that we are pinning our hopes on an average Dutch midfielder for next season, come on has everyone totally lost their bloody marbles. As Captain says, the bar has been set extremely low of late and it shows with the Bacuna love in.

I think if you were to build a team around the spine of young talented players. Bacuna and Grant a great start.

Agreed he made some excellent tackles today, he would be my player of the season and he'd be the one I'd be busting my balls to keep during the summer.

As Captain says, the bar has been set extremely low of late and it shows with the Bacuna love in. Forever negative, give it a rest. He's a young player showing promise in the Premier League. He wants to play on the front foot and likes a tackle. Yes he's sometimes thwarted by his own ambition but thats worth persevering with and indeed cherishing. He's playing well in very difficult circumstances and he deserves credit for doing so and not the endless miserabilism that you're always happy to portray. Of course we're all disappointed with our season but deal with it rather than skulking around DATM with your perennial poison on everything the club does...

Bacuna is a demon, some of his passes today were sublime. Let there be no doubt...he is the real deal.
I am a big Hogg fan, always have been, and was saying before the match that he was one player we must keep next year. But today I can easily see him playing second fiddle to Bacuna next year. Not only is he industrious in midfield, Bacuna can also pick a pass. Top man.

Had a very good game. That pass to Durm was sublime. He's feisty so there'll be a few games he won't see the end of, but he'a a keeper.

The bloke behind me really doesn't like Bacuna. He came the nearest he has come to saying anything positive about him today when he said that he was like VLP - does something good and then something poor.
I like Bacuna - I'm not saying he's the finished article but I think he will suit the Championship just fine (only issue might be the cards he picks up).

Bacuna plays best when he isn't having to anchor in front of the defence.
