As a player he was alright. But as a bloke he is a total weapon . Only one mention of town throughout

He's annoying but funny
He was quality for us. Always felt like we would win when he was on the pitch

Didn't he get himself sent off and miss the play offs? Macari did a superb job that season with the tools at his disposal....and Knight was the shortest, but best tool of the lot !

Remember his debut away at Northampton and Boothy bags a hat trick...what a game!
Don’t know if this is right, but my vague recollection was there had been no announcement of his signing and first we heard of him was when the teams were announced that night.
(Not sure if it was a night or day?! A few trips to Northampton have blurred a bit)

I think it was a collection of the sending off, accumulated bookings and something he said to the ref at Blackpool in the JPT northern final. He ended up suspended for that long we'd have only got him back for the final.

Just watching the Ben Thornley one. Does he talk about Town? If not I won't bother watching the rest of it.

Just watching the Ben Thornley one. Does he talk about Town? If not I won't bother watching the rest of it. Bit more than briefly. Felt his loan was a complete scuccess, wanted to come here permanently as he came to the realisation he wasn't going to make it at Man Utd but felt he was the best he'd been since the injury in Man Utd reserves. Signed permanently, Town going for promotion, felt happy and again doing well, got another injury and lost confidence and motivation again, never really recovered, moved onto Aberdeen and just pissed it all up the wall. Talks about his red card at Suderland, talks quite alot about funny Marcus Stewart stories. Talks about Brian Horton bollockings.
