As he's been at Liverpool since January 2016 and still under 21, doesn't he count as a 'home grown' player?

Home Grown' simply means that a player must have been on the books of a club affiliated with the Football Association for at least three years before they turn 21 – it does not mean that they have to be English.

Which is why I was asking whether he counted as Home Grown! If I've interpreted the rules correctly and Transfer Market has the correct date of birth and date of transfer to Liverpool, then he's been at Liverpool for more than 3 years and hasn't yet turned 21. I just wondered if anyone could confirm it. On the 'official transfer' thread he's currently not shown as 'Home Grown'.

Classed as Homegrown will of been registered 4 1/2 years when he turns 21 if he joined Liverpool in Dec 2016.

His loves a long clearance looking at the scouting report - More GK assists to look forward to with Diakhaby and Mbenza hoping to profit as Isaac did against Man U.
He has the height to dominate aerially in our area.

Just for the record we will have something like 11 Homegrown players plus some of our up and coming youngsters so the only problem we have is choosing a 1 club developed player.

I am shocked we have signed a keeper who goes 'long' and will only lightly applaud any goals we score in this manner..
