Nick in confusion shocker! Love the fact that he is accidently calling Man United “the mighty reds”. Loss of Scouse Superfan status I’m afraid. As for Paul Ratcatcher, he’s been around a bit. 18 different clubs at the last count. Makes Steve Bruce look a paragon of loyalty 😊 Then to add to the woe he dislikes my post. That’s odd, he normally likes everything, even when he shouldn’t. He must be very upset with you, young man.

If "funny" is chasing round a park after good looking women half your age and slapping a bald guy over head no wonder then there really is no hope for you pix Are you describing Benny Hill or you? 😄 I've been chasing Nick round honley trying to give him a slap on his bald pate for years. But he's too quick for me .. id hoped to bump into him at Blyth Spartans gala but in the end I couldn't be arsed to go

If I can translate that dribble into English, Rachubka was from Man Utd not Liverpool. Nick in confusion shocker! Love the fact that he is accidently calling Man United “the mighty reds”. Loss of Scouse Superfan status I’m afraid. As for Paul Ratcatcher, he’s been around a bit. 18 different clubs at the last count. Makes Steve Bruce look a paragon of loyalty 😊 Isn’t he just saying that Grabara seems a great character like Chubs was (I don’t remember him being a great character?). And then separately in what should be a new sentence (he’s even capitalised the “F” but used a comma) he’s saying “he’s from the mighty reds too”....simply cos he likes Liverpool, nothing to do with Rachubka. Makes perfectly reasonable sense.

So back on topic then, what do people know/think about our new GK (correctly named as per the thread title) Kamil Grabara?

We are a filter club for Liverpool 😡! But it’s better than being a supply club for forest or derby! Come on lads hurry up and bring home the cup. I’d love to have posted the reverse of this when fatfield refuses to get on the bus!

Hard to tell anything from the scouting report vid and a few saves on YouTube. Build wise he reminds me of Courtois or De Gea. Defintely not a brick shithouse type of keeper. Looks to be agile, quick off his line and commands his area. Likes a two-fisted parry and a punch like most modern keepers. Highly rated prospect. Will likely start as number 1. Schofield back-up?

Away from the kit stunt, our new keeper has been shortlisted as one of the best young players in the world.

Think we've got ourselves a goodun. Couldn't agree more - positioning, judgement, confidence, distribution (positive and aggressive so inevitably the odd "fail") and calmness. And some excellent saves tonight. Surely cannot help but give confidence to the defenders in front of him.

He played like a top class keeper last night, very similar to de Gea. He’s going to bag us loads of points this season, very impressive performance, very lucky to have him.

Who gives a fuck what some plastic bin dippers thought ? As another season gets under way it's all still there 'eh Porroh? The bile, the hate, the jealousy and envy, the inferiority complex. To quote John Lennon "How do you sleep at night?". Is the fact that some new Anfield DNA has been injected into Town once again eating you up? Enjoy it while you can. Others are.
