EVery club in the country does it now more or less so we can only go by tickets sold now and there was 22500 tickets sold with about 1500 missing. That's pretty good going. Sheffield is 6 times the population of Huddersfield.

I’m sure it’s been mentioned somewhere but I actually think a lack of clappers had a detrimental effect on the atmosphere, I hope they reconsider the decision to shelve em
I was also disappointed at some of the crowd ,Flo must have put in 5 or 6 really decent crosses , maybe 3 or 4 reasonable ones but as soon as he did a poor one there were tuts and people saying what he doing , this was just an example but give the lads a break and stop pressurising them. As a spectator I was thinking , please don’t mess this cross up lad , so god knows how it must effect him.

Loads missing due to holidays mainly and it being on Sky.
They may get away with opening one stand for the Lincoln game though unless Saturday is a lot better.

You can moan about gate figures but everyone is doing the same. Never mind the championship, you only had to look at Cardiff and Brighton claiming over 30k every week in the premier league. Absolute nonsense, loads have a far bigger differential in attendees v gate than we do. Talksport chatted about this last year. Man Utd claimed a gate of about 75k but greater Manchester police said that the game had an attendance of 55k.

Derby didn't sell out their allocation...1,863 from an away capacity of 2,404 - that's 541 of the 'missing' gate of 1,667...

22500 at ours vs 15k at Swansea and 14k at Blackburn, yet we are the tinpot Village outfit in the eyes of many.
