Think Mallyb is right in his observations. We were not going to sleepwalk into the championship but we were comatose, no fight no spirit forget the lack of quality. The recruitment to stay in the prem was probably pound for pound the worst ever. Months and months to plan for the inevitable but all we hear is the magic money tree has now wilted. The club is conditioning the fan base for mediocrity saying we can't compete. We won't be selling any players unless we get what we demand, really? We must have set up a sale in a poundland shop. Dean Hoyle deserves the accolades for getting us where we got to but equally must share the responsibility for the appointment of what I fear will be one of the worst in towns history, who will surely give Davy and Rubery a run for there money. We are not even reckoned to be a power in the championship, throwing the towel in and hiding behind weasel words ain't gonna cut it. My mate from Reading contacted me today not believing what is happening, he couldn't get his head around the Mooy situation, I just said we are putting up the white flag early. Takes something when a Reading fan can take the piss. I maybe wrong but the new captain of this ship has just christened it Titanic. What's for sure is that all the goodwill built up with the fans is disappearing quickly and it's such a bloody shame.

It’s people like you mallyb that cause toxicity. Everyone else is just plodding along with their day. That's what it looked like at 80 Minutes on Monday as the Stadium emptied. Pick out anything I have said that is not accurate. For a kick off you could start with the “3 Premier League loans who will have more of an impact than Aaron Mooy”, that definitely not accurate. I didn’t read any more. You’re either hearing what you want to hear or assuming what others have written is accurate and going with it. He never said such a thing.

Pick out anything I have said that is not accurate.1) we have loaned Mooy out 2) there is no time to bring in a suitable replacement. 3) Phil must have known that his decisions were going to create a toxic environment 4) he hasn't earned the right to say trust me. Might it not have been a good idea to wait for the rest of the day before wetting your panties?

Are some people forgetting us being in League One and Two? The last 2 two seasons were an anomaly. We should be positive about this season and get behind the club. We have a healthy financial statius, a young exciting manager and the basis of a good team. We should be looking at a year of consolidation and hopefully we target next summer as a rebuild.

There is an old quote that goes "things are never as good as they seem nor as bad". Town is a perfect case. We go on...not ideal. Not a catastrophe.

I know I'm a negative sod but, genuine question, what makes you say our young manager is "exciting" ?

Think of it as watching a train wreck.

On here, yes, involve town fans that attend or don’t expect miracles, I don’t think it is toxic just realistic
